The charming and very individual hotel S’Matt, located in Röthis, less than 6.2 mi from city center Feldkirch, is a beautifully renovated house with modern and very cozy rooms in a prime location. It offers a garden, a regional breakfast buffet, and free WiFi. The Laterns skiing and hiking area is a 10-minute drive away. The modern, individually furnished rooms feature a flat-screen satellite TV, a safe, and a modern bathroom, a hairdryer, and free toiletries of the exclusive Austrian natural cosmetics line Valentina & Philippa. Some rooms have a restricted ceiling height of 6.6 feet. Free private parking is available on site. Our hotel has its own electric vehicle charging station, with parking spaces for two cars. A bus stop, a supermarket, and various restaurants are close by. The Rankweil Golf Course is a 10-minute drive away. The Rankweil exit of the A14 motorway can be reached in a 7-minute drive. I originally planned to stay in Old Town Feldkirch but changed hotels because of the current construction and noise. This hotel was actually a much better option for me, as I used it as a base for two days to explore the area. Parking was right at the hotel, no charge. I did have a few issues when I first arrived (warm room, TV that didn't work) but both were addressed promptly. The staff was very nice and provided helpful information. Nothing.

The room was amazing. Lofted bedroom with a portable AC. Windows opened to an amazing view. Modern and luxurious bathroom. Excellent value It was a little bit out of the way, not walkable to much, but it was quiet, so not a bad thing.

Self check in procedures were clear and easy. The bed was very comfortable but the bathroom was a little bazaar. Appreciated the kettle with coffee and tea provided. Couldn't really enjoy the great water pressure in the shower, as the shower door didn't keep the water in very well. Also, the toilet didn't feel very private as the door to the toilet was just an opaque shower door too. Sink was outside the WC.

Very nice breakfast with great variety of food. They would cook fresh eggs for you Positioned in a residential area. They forgot to put towels in one of the rooms and no-one at the reception in the evening . No meeting room and low light in the dining room
