Good location, handy to town, helpful management! The private hot tub was the reason we booked this place and it was fab. Room could really do with a refresh, carpet was nearly threadbare in places, shower was a wee bit gross and the room really needed a deep clean. The main bed was comfortable, but the kids beds were not comfortable at all.

Very handy to the CBD The unit was a little cold - with having just a small oil heater in the big room and the one wall panel in the lounge area.

Our second stay here, We had the suite this time, it was very spacious, comfy bed, everything you need to heat not cook for a stay over. Strong wifi. Spa was lovely, jets and plenty of hot water. TV on demand and add your own Netflix account. Owner friendly, helpful and has a beautiful friendly dog. 5-10mim Walk to town. Great value for money. Car Parks not allocated, yet enough parking to go round.

Love staying here, 2nd time for 3 of us. Nice and relaxing, motel was full of guest but still so quiet. & bonus points we get to see simba each time. Was a bit sad to see no wrobes this time. But thats just material things the stay was still great. Will be back if we need to stay in rotorua again. Hoping there is some spare rooms.

The dog was super friendly and the spa The rules can't cook in the motels and not alloud the spa on after 10pm Also the fact we gt told we will be charged if motels left un tidy when it was untidy when we arrived

Very quiet location which meant a good night's sleep. The spa attached to the unit was lovely and peaceful and much appreciated after a winters walk in the redwoods. Not a complaint as such but we felt the unit should have had extra blankets for anyone that feels the cold. The pillows were very high and awkward to sleep on so we would definitely bring our own pillows next time. Also please change the dish brush in the unit! We hoped no one had used it to wash the dishes before us as it was well past its use by date!

Great stay for a day before booking. The person at reception was nice and friendly. Our room had been heated for us with milk in fridge ready for a nice hot drink. It was nice and quiet and a comfortable bed.

Superb helpful manager who helped all my errors with the booking with kindness and understanding. We could book in early as the room was ready giving us time to unpack then go to explore the town. All perfect
