Very poorly maintained property.

Would have liked the restroom to to not have hair on the floor. The toilet was not working and they fixed it promptly. There was still a leak though. Overall the place was decent to lay head down for a few hours before getting back on the road. Staff were prompt when I expressed there was an issue with the toilet.

The room that we received was pretty spacious for a family of four. There was servaillance parking throughout the hotel.

None. The man receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. He is very condescending with his phone call. I had bad emergencies and he shows no human concerns for my issue and even joked around. I asked for his name and he said my name is Dayinn. My name is Y-O-U. I was able to successfully cancel due to his harassment and unprofessionalism through booking but you guys beware please.

Beds were comfortable and the water was nice and hot. The A/C unit was problematic in the initial room i was put into. Had to go back and 2nd time to report the same issue before I was moved

The room that we stayed in for whatever reason the microwave did not warm stuff up adequately. And some idiot didn’t know how to park and just because he had an expensive car decided they were going to take up two parking spots so When we went to the office, they tried to call the room nobody answered, and instead of calling the person cell phone or going down to the room nothing was done about it. They continued to let the person park there in two spots with me having a baby, I had to park at the other end of the parking lot and walk down to my room.
