helpful staff and very accommodating

No breakfast. Maintenance came up to try and secure window (one latch was completely broken ,- that was not fixed) but he got my window closed. Some of the staff were fine, others were horrible. I was asked to leave because I wanted a clean room, a latch that worked,a window with two complete security latches and to have a room that had been adequately cleaned before I took possession of it. A dog peed in the hall directly in front of me and I am not sure it ever got cleaned despite me telling the management. (I am absolutely delighted to share my hotel stay with animals!) Elevator did not work the whole time I was there. Back door to hotel ajar most of the time. Dirty - food crumbs, stains in drawers, on counter and walls. Fraud from the moment I arrived - had to get a new debit card. I had prepaid my room and they tried to charge me again. They would not match my price. They would not deal with me directly - told me I could only book thru the app. They had me sign on an iPad which had a text box for my signature - very dangerous! Stuff on the floor, vacuum, mops lying in the hall. I have photos of all of this. I told mgmt I had to walk to the bank to get money to pay for my room (my debit card had been turned off because of fraud - see beginning of this note) and that started ruckus number 2 (or 3)...They asked me to leave. I would like a complete refund for my entire stay. If you want to understand the general tone of my stay, the mgmt suggested I move to a different hotel the very first day - when I asked for a different room (my room was filthy, and unsecured..the latch to the door did not work.) One day, I arrived back at around midnight and my door was ajar - the manager had entered my room and left without making sure the door was secured ,(he admitted to this.) (You had to slam, and re-close the door, to make sure it shut - very unsafe ) There is more. Again, I would like a complete refund for my stay. Minimum at any hotel - cleanliness and security.

No water to drink,microwave is broken,rusted,no cups,plates,spoons.Can a traveller from different country carry all this??

See above the worst place I ever stayed in my life

The whole property inside and out is disgusting rooms are terribly maintained there are bugs in the rooms. Bed sheets are all stained it stinks very bad. I left to another hotel before my due date vecause i could not handle it anymore. Weird people alwsys around the property i mean everything was bad.

How cheap it was. Everything else. Rude and unprofessional staff except for Kevin. Elevator never works. Rooms never have towels. Messy walls and stuff left on floor s like it wasn't vacuumed.

The lady employee that checked me in was extremely nice and professional. Odor in the room, hair in the shower,I couldn't use the microwave cause it was filthy in the inside,the mattress was extremely hard, noise in front the door/hallway at night.

Homeless people in the parking lot It was gross cat litter in the hallway. People smoking pot inside

Staff only Let’s start with I got a one bed room when I reserved a two bed but they kept it at the same price.. I didn’t complain tho because it was a long drive there so I was tired and just kept it.. Omg elevators was broken had to walk 3 flights of stairs everyday, smelled bad room door was broken, homeless people sleeping in parking lot, the smell of parafinelia all over the halls, stairs was a hazard some chipped. Area where they have barbecue pit was trashy and barbecue pit was moped with old food and charcoal all over it. Oh yeah roaches in the rooms. I didn’t take no pictures but I should have

This may be the worst place I ever booked. I did not stay. I would never stay in a place like this. I suspect it is just a place for drug addicts.

The whole place smelled bad. Elevator was broken. Had all different people living there.

The price and location. When I let my thoughts be known, the new mgmt sent up maintenance immediately and worked on the latch and helped fix the window. This responsiveness is excellent. I really appreciated the price. For this reason, I am fine with the lack of utensils/pots,,/pans/dishes, the holes in the dresser, worn carpets etc. However, cleanliness and safety are paramount and are always the required minimum. I couldn't get my window to latch, the door doesn't always catch (therefore not securely closed), and ithe door is also difficult to open. I have photos of the "cleanliness." Let the onsite folks have the authority to make changes, address problems etc despite the fact a reservation is made online. Let the onsite folks match prices made online. The are "your boots on the ground."
