The location couldn't be better. Also the amenities are amazing, providing boat vouchers for the islands where you can hang on the beach, explore the surroundings or enjoy a meal at sunset. They also have bicycles available for their guests. They share facilities with a number of sister properties including an amazing spa at the larger hotel across the bay. The parking situation was easy, they pick you up close to the property where they provide parking. Nothing not to like about this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The elevator went out a few times when we were there, but didn't cause us too much distress.

Incredible hotel + facilities. I don’t think there’s a better location in all of Rovinj - right in the main square and gorgeous exterior. You get access to the Grand Park pool and spa with your stay, which we used both days we were there. Amazing value for your money!

We loved Rovinj and thus hotel was beautiful in every way.

The hotel is in a perfect location on the water in the historic center. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is luxurious, and the bathrooms are heavenly. The staff is attentive and helpful and made dinner reservations for us. Breakfast is cooked to order, plentiful and delicious. A shuttle takes you from the car park to the hotel, making it easy. And you can visit the sister properties.

Size of room and bathroom, large, modern, great location. Nothing

Excellent location, great staff and breakfast was the best.
-
Great location, bar and restaurant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No drawer space in the rooms for storage, but plenty of closet space. Gallery rooms on top floor were hot and no window other than skylight. AC not turned on at hotel yet, so rooms could not be cooled. Hotel is very dark in the hallways so difficult to see.
-
Top location overlooking the port of Rovinj Place looked tired. Hallway and stairway is all in black with dim lighting giving a cave feeling. Staff is friendly but seems bored. Limited à la carte breakfast options.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the town center of Rovinj. Great service & staff. Great breakfast included. Nothing

I love the style of its architecture. Significant room design. Great location. Excellent service!

Stunning property at the unbeatable location with the best staff I have ever met! Luka is brilliant, he really creates personal connection and engagement! Thank you for everything! I’ll come back and recommend Adriatic Hotel Rovinj to all my friends ?

Hotel was in a great location with some pretty amazing sea views for breakfast. Many restaurants all along the waterfront. Staff were incredible and memorable all around. Would stay again just for the effort, kindness and extra touches by the staff alone. Hotel was clean, very modern design. Breakfast was good and à la carte so able to order what you wanted. We used the affiliated hotel facilities at the 5 star resort across the Harbour during a rainy day which was an excellent way to spend the day. We struggled with the temperature of the room being a bit cold for the locals in April so the heat remained on and we were unable to cool the room which made it challenging at night. We were unable to keep around window open as it wouldn’t stay propped open. Minor inconvenience for a generally overall good stay.

This was one of our best stays in Croatia over 7 weeks. A bit of a splurge, as we usually stay places that have a kitchen so we can cook 2 of our 3 meals a day. Pre-high season rates, breakfast, and a room upgrade (size) on the platform we booked with all helped. The room was luxurious, very comfortable bed, large bathroom, and a corner unit so we could look out at the entire town. The room was quiet when you closed the shutters and there were heavy drapes to keep things dark at night. Breakfast each day was from a menu and varied enough that we looked forward to it each morning. Free bikes and access to their sister property's pool just topped off a very enjoyable 5 days.

Top hotel!

Hotel is located in Old Town with rooms having magnificent harbor views. Staff was exceptional and breakfast excellent. Hotel was quiet because it was November and very few people in town. During the season, noise & music from bars is inevitable because you’re in the Old Town. Very good gym is a 15 minute walk along the beautiful waterfront to a sister property outside of the Old Town. Hotel has no control over the fact there is no driving or parking allowed in the Old Town. The hotel has a private parking area where they will pick you up. A comfortable, covered cart will drive you about 5 minutes to the hotel. This service worked very well although need to contact/call hotel to arrange pickup time. Parking was included in room rate.

Great location, nice room, comfortable bed. Great location, ounce in the hotel; only drawback is how to access it from parking lot, via golf cart.
-
The location, right across from the dock. The included breakfasts were delicious. It was the staff’s friendliness and personal care that was impressive. They went above and beyond for us. The little handmade sweets and cookies were thoughtful touches!

ALL OF IT!!!

The absolute best location in Rovinj! We loved the ability to use its sister hotel for their fitness center, spa, pool and beach. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

Helpful, welcoming and friendly staff. They offered a free voucher to use for roundtrip boat ride to 2 islands where they had property. The location was ideal overlooking the sea right on the promenade. Beautiful sundet. Very close to attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was very good with wide selection of food items and beverages even if served a la carte. We were in Room 5 overlooking the water. Bedroom was spacious with a separate sitting area with a couch and occasional chair. Tastefully decorated. They gave complimentary water and welcome desserts of 2 strawberry tartes with fresh strawberries. Every night, they gave 2 small bite sized pastries. They also gave a parting gift of a bottle of salt and pepper. Overall , this hotel was well worth the price being charged. In the evening, you can hear music being played along the promenade. It can interfere with anyone trying to go to bed early because the music was loud.
