Lodging was old, moldy, and had black stuff falling out of the ac onto the bed. Staff forgot to give us our vehicle card to get in the gate and were not super helpful on check in

It was close to the sea. The pool was fantastic. Basilica restaurant and their staff were really good. The property we rented was premium based on the photo , we should have had a sea view apartment but we had almost no view. We explained it to the staff and they said it’s on Booking.com . So it was disappointing since we paid a lot of money.

Clean , safe and comfortable. Ample parking.

Unit was ok for a one night stay. Huge camping and villa resort. Good position on water but a good way out of town. No hot water. Units in need of a make over. Everything looked tired. Much bigger complex than we thought and it was very impersonal. Only stayed one night and it was ok for that time. Would not have wanted to stay much longer.

Location, garden, nature Rooms and bathrooms are old, not really money for value. The beds are not comfortable. There are insufficient electric outlets in the room. Wifi is not secured and the coverage is weak. The shower drainage was clogged and the shower head was leaking, only old fashioned plastic shower curtains. Daytime snacks and drinks are only available at a buffet with a terrible music. There should be mobile beverage services around the garden. Plus the buffet prices are very high. In opposite to the general idea of half board stay, no table wine and soft drinks are included with the dinner, and even a 75cl bottle of water is 4.5eur! There should be more food variaties. And many more missing amenities which should be found typically for this price range.

Perfect setting right by the beach, very big and you always find a private spot even in high season! Great resort! Great restaurant and pool area. Bring bathing shoes as all beaches have big stones!

It’s big and access to the beach it is not at all as advertised. This is not at all a 4 stars hotel. It is very basic.

Perfect location. Quite comfortable. Good facilities. Not too crowded, even in high season. Nice and quiet FKK beach nearby. Perfect vacation. The facilities are a bit older and slightly under-maintained. However, everything was clean and the care was good.

Food was 10/10, close to the water, adequate amount of shadow with free beach chairs for the guests. The couch was fusty/musty, long waiting time at dinner.

Very nice location, the resort has everything one needs. The staff was very professional and very friendly. Breakfast and dinner provided variety of delicious food options. I’ve booked the place for my parents who are 65 and they were given a cottage with two stars and quite steep stairs which was a bit challenging in the age. I’m confident that this rather bigger place was nice gesture and upgrade and rather appreciate this goodwill. I would have appreciated even more if they had checked the age and assigned single floor accommodation. At the end we booked this based on pictures.

Exceptional

The rooms and surrounding areas are rustic but very clean and tidy. The rooms could do with an update but are kept immaculately. The facilities themselves and really good, especially the pool area. Food was also exceptional and varied. The restaurant was beautifully located with views across the sea. If you can, go on the dolphin boat tour. Fantastic value for money. They guarantee you will see the dolphins and it didn’t disappoint. The location is a bit isolated. It would have been nice to be able to walk to a town, bars or shops but Rovinj is a little too far for that. There are very limited seats for the evening entertainment, which get snapped up early during the mini disco. People were sitting on the floor but we didn’t want to do that. So this meant when my family were finished eating, we had to call it a night and go to back to the rooms early because there were no seats and no town to walk to. There’s plenty of room for more seats so it would be an idea to add more.

Location. Relaxed atmosphere. Restaurants and pool area. Rooms were basic for the price. Came with kitchen utensils but nothing to wash up or other little things that would make life a bit easier. Including beach towels. This all ok if usual practice but good for foreigners to know in advance.

The pool was fantastic, my kids were attached to it and didn’t want to take a break. The sea was in front of the resort with super easy access to it. it was a rocky beach, which requires rubber shoes to walk on it, but the water was crystal clear. Taking a bath was so relaxing even under the sun. The fact that there was also a path along the seaside, which was perfect for a sunset walk, was very helpful to pass some time after dinner. In the room there was a small kitchen area, where we could prepare simple meals. The staff were very available to our needs. We stayed at the apartment with living room and bathroom on ground floor and two rooms upstairs. It was spacious and perfect layout for us (family with 2 kids). However the bathroom was not very clean. I found hairs stuck on the shower sprinkler and the water didn’t drain fast. ? The shower curtain was a bit short, unable to have a proper prevention, so after shower the floor was wet. There was basic cleaning tools left in the room but were quite used. So we couldn’t use them to clean properly.

This has been our favorite accommodation for more than 10 years. Everything in one place thanks to the large and long beach, it is not crowded. Flexible and helpful staff. Everything was fantastic as usual. Every year I tell you and describe it, I even suggested directly to the accommodation that a microwave oven would be very good if it went to the apartments.
