The property was in a wonderful location a 10 to 15 minute walk to town and to the park and was located convenient to both.

- Host: Very welcoming and helpful owner. - Food: Excellent and delicious breakfast. (if not included in the package, you can check with the host through private message) - Facilities: Clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. - Parking: Convenient free public parking available nearby. A couple of small suggestions to make the stay even better: - Shower Curtain: It would be great if the shower curtain didn't cling to the body while showering. (A quick tip: leaving a 15cm gap instead of covering the whole area usually helps with the airflow!) - Amenities: Providing shampoo would be a very thoughtful touch for future guests

I liked that the location was slightly away from the chaos of the waterfront. The room was extremely clean and everything was perfect! Only recommendation is that you won't hear directly from them before you arrive, which is fine, but I was slightly confused when I showed up as to what to do. At any rate, when you arrive, there are phone numbers on the door and you'll need to text one of those (whats app) to let them know you're there.

Location of B&B suited to our needs, quiet in residential area, 15-20 minutes to the beach/old town , comfortable beds, fast WiFi, Mauro was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended. Maybe a heavier shower curtain needed to prevent clinging.

Everything was just perfect. The owner treated me in such a way that it seemed as if I had come to visit old friends. The room has everything you need. It was amazing experience with our 3 day stay at the Bohemian. Spotlessly clean, pleasant, warm and home-like environment, comfortable bed, lovely neighbourhood and above all great host Mauro, always ready to help and welcome you sincerely. Great, tasty and fresh made breakfast on site. We will definitely come back and recommend happily. Wish all the best, until next time, Arman

The owners were very friendly and helpful. Free parking is a plus. The room was clean and breakfast was good. You had to wait a really long time before the hot water came to the shower or faucet. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours.

Very kind and helpful host! Room is big enough and the bed is very comfortable, perfectly clean. Bathroom also very clean. Food was tasty, and we could find a lot of different groceries. The area is quiet, 15 min by foot from old Rovinj town, and a 15 min walk to the nearest beach. Parking wasn't problem at all. We would like to come again! Sound isolation between rooms colud be better.

The owner is the best! That guy is so kind, I’ve never met someone as kind as this guy! The place is beautiful and breakfast is rich! We were a group of friends and some of us had some food allergies. We told him and he went straight to the market to get us something they could eat. We had a last minute visit for one night, we ask him if he could find a place for him, and he add a bed for the night with no extra cost. We had the best experience I highly recommend it! If I’m ever going back to Rovinij I’ll definitely stay here. Everything was so perfect

Everything.. The attention to every detail, breakfast, the owner helped as with every single possible request, be also recommended us some local restaurants.

Great attention to detail. The owners went above and beyond for anything we needed... even for things we didn't even asked for. The last day, we got a lunch box because we had to leave early and could't stay for breakfast. Loved the option to use the bicycles. We used them everyday to go to the old town and back.The beach is a short walk away. We really hope to come back!!
