BELLA NATKA BED AND BREAKFAST

Location was awesome A little difficult to find

Toma went out of his way to give us a warm welcome and remained exceptionally helpful to us throughout our stay. We travelled with too much luggage, so actually reaching the location was quite challenging after being dropped off by the taxi (a struggle of our own making).

A bit rundown, towels worn out, tv not working, AC temperamental, pillows and bed not comfortable, breakfast included but very average and no proper coffee available

Nice stay in the center of Rovinj old town. Very polite host, clean and comfortable room. Not too noisy although it is on a relatively busy street. A bit too expensive for the provided facilities that were recently renovated (partially). Breakfast was decent but not anything super special. If you travel by car, there is no parking provided, you have to park at least 10-15min away and carry you luggage through the old town streets. Also know that there is no elevator so it is not suitable for older people or persons with mobility limitations.

This actually ticked all the boxes for a one night stay.

Hospitality, comfort and location

Location is great, its in the middle of old city. Everything was very close to it like beach, shops, etc. Staff was nice and breakfast was good. Nothing in particular.

The accomodation was good and clean. Breakfast was modest, but everything tasted good.

I liked the staff, and the free breakfast since I am 70+, the walk up the stairs was taxing.

This was our third time at Bella Natka Bed and Breakfast and that tells you everything. We wouldn’t be returning here if it wasn’t good. Everything was beyond great. If you stay here, you can count on very pleasant hospitality, the staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. They make your stay easy and comfortable.

On the bookinh site, nowhere does it say there are 2 locations. We were expecting to arrive someplace else but it wasnt straight forward. We had to walk 2 kilometres in the heat because our location had no parking so we had to pay extra for the parking. We wasted 4 hours driving around looking for the hotel because even google maps didnt tell us you cant get there by car. Poor location, poor experience

Superb

The breakfast -address of property is incorrect and needs to be specified better. Then get blamed telling me that they have multiple locations, I don’t care - put correct address and maybe a picture of entrance. The people down the block where the address are literally annoyed when asking them if this is the correct address (they seem to be getting this a lot for people arriving at this location) -door handle “literally” fell apart when I tried to close it the first time revealing all the cheap glue that was put on to keep it together and I had to put it back together and hope nobody is going to get in there. -the people that work here are okay, however too straight forward like they hate tourists. I’m glad I didn’t blow up on them back. -they will nickle and dime you for having an additional person (in our case it was an emergency for the additional person, we did not want to specify or discuss what happened and why we wanted to help our friend)
