Blubini Heritage House

Close to old town and water front.However extremely hard to find. Even locals and neighbors do not know about Blubini heritage hour and I mean it. Very poor signs close to the entrance and at the door. Everything…. Real poor communication from their staff. No sense of urgency in repairing things that need to be fixed….

Nice apartments in a great location.

Our room was perfect and looked exactly as it did in the image on Booking.com. So, no surprises there. It was situated in a quaint little courtyard with a charming bar adjacent to it. Plus, there was a pizzeria nearby. It was also very quiet. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the hotel itself, was having to schlep our luggage for 10 minutes from the parking. If you have trouble walking or travelling with older people, be aware of the hike.

The location in Old Town was quite convenient, once I was able to locate it. After getting my bearings, I was able to find my way and return to the hotel without much worry. Since I initially had trouble finding it, that was a challenge. Parking was also a hassle, which is not the hotel's fault, but it is good to be aware of if traveling there. Otherwise, the Wi-Fi was a bit sluggish, making work a little challenging.

Since there is a coffee machine, maybe there should be some capsules too.

Internet connection is very poor and that is the only downsize of the apartment.

Great Location. Although there was no personal contact, all texts were responded to promptly. Has access to carparking, which is an easy walk. Lacked Personal Touch. Completely Digital. All contact via Text including key codes for for main door and room door being delivered at precisely 3pm (checkin time) - as we waited outside in the cafe with our bags for over an hour. Blubini House does have an airconditioned entry lounge which would have been nice to get access to.

Great location,good room Property unstaffed. Safe in room not bolted down,with no batteries for door,requested these and did not arrive during our stay. Could pick up safe and walk out with it! Room towels not replaced although promised to us.

Blubini house is very nice, clean and it has the best location in the center of Rovinj. The bed is really comfortable and you also have tea, coffee and bottle opener in the room. It is perfect house for weekend getaway and i will definitely book it again. The only thing that i was missing was changing towels, i didnt even see anyone at hotel to ask for new towels.

Plenty of room with great modern facilities. Great location, within walking distance to most things.
