Casa Alice is a family-run hotel where winemaking tradition blends with modern comfortable accommodations. Located just 2625 feet from the beach, this restored house features a swimming pool and free WiFi. Casa Alice was restored to modern standards while keeping the traditional style of a characteristic Istrian house. Each room comes with air-conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The bathrooms feature a spa bath or shower and they have been tastefully decorated combining tiled floors with wooden furniture.Some rooms also feature a balcony. At Casa Alice you can have the unique opportunity to sample the family’s own red and white wines as well as extra-virgin olive produced in the family’s own olive grove. The outdoor terrace, with its large swimming pool and olive trees, add for a relaxing stay. The house is only a 20-minute walk from the historical city center of Rovinj.

Casa Alice was fantastic! The breakfast was delicious, the staff was super friendly. Beds were comfortable and pillows were great. We were so happy with the a/c as well The only teeniest, tiniest thing we could say was that we couldn't find the wifi password. It wasn't anywhere in the room

Staff were incredible! Breakfast was amazing with lots of buffet options as well as cooked items. Would definitely stay there again. Wifi was a bit slow inside the room but fine in common areas.

The owner was extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean, well appointed, and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. We especially appreciated the glass of wine when we checked in. The location is very quiet with good parking. It's in more of a neighborhood. It was an easy and short walk into "town".

The room was very big, comfortable bed with lovely view of the sea. The staff is incredible. So kind and warm. The banana bread was best I have ever had. Would highly recommend this location. Only thing that would make it better was if it was in the heart of the old city.

The people, the welcome, the splendid breakfast. Really quiet during the night too. More of a note - it's a 20 min walk into Rovinj centre : good for the step count.

Hospitality is sky high.. everybody there looked like a nice little family, always at your service to make your stay extra good.. and they did it.. I felt so good and relaxed there. To people who will read this review.. please go to Casa Alice.. see what extra good hospitality has to look like... Highly recomended to everyone who wants peace and superb accomodation in Rovinj... Thank You Mr. Kristijan and Mrs Petra for making mine and Martinas' stay in Rovinj so beautifull.. We surly will return to spend more days there. The surrounding area is extremely peaceful. It is about 10-minute easy walk from the town centre. The hosts are very friendly and always available. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The accommodation is clean. The breakfast is excellent - the natural orange juice and the bread are particularly tasty. The accommodation has a swimming pool, which adds a special charm to the accommodation, but it can only be used on warmer days as it is not heated. Taken as a whole, I highly recommend the accomodation. The furniture in the “premier” room is a little modest.

Kristijan is an excellent host, very friendly, kind and smiling. At our arrival he welcomed us with a glass of good local wine and coffee and made everything to make us feel welcome. The room was spotless, with comfortable bed and bedding, the temperature was just right. The highlight of everything was breakfast - fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice, different cheeses, ham, eggs, cereals, fresh bread and poppy potica... excellent start of the day. It's a kind of a place that you wish to return as soon as possible.

The host and the people working at this establishment were genuinely very kind! We arrived 2 in the morning and our host met us, helped us with the luggage and kindly accompanied us to our room! Furthermore he allowed our daughter to stay with no extra cost! Thank-you! Nothing! To get into town it would be preferable to have a car.
