Excellent breakfast here. The place was filled with the charm of old Croatia. Absoloutley charming. The house is small and creaky, but that adds to the charm. Dario and his Mom Maria are lovely people. I would recommend staying here. nothing

The staff were so kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help to make sure our stay was perfect as could be. The people above me sounded like elephants all night.

The biggest highlight was the location — right in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to explore Rovinj’s beautiful streets, restaurants, and waterfront on foot. The breakfast was served in a charming café and offered an excellent selection of food. The property was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The main drawbacks for us were related to the amenities. Unfortunately, there was no internet service during our entire two-day stay. The staff explained that they were working with the provider to resolve the issue, but since we were in the middle of a longer trip and needed reliable internet for travel planning and other online tasks, this had a noticeable impact on our experience. Another limitation was the hot water supply, which was only sufficient for one person to take a shower before needing time to recover. As a result, the second person had to use a different bathroom. We also found that some basic amenities, such as wine glasses and other conveniences commonly found in hotels, were missing. Perhaps these limitations are typical for accommodations located in the historic Old Town, and we understand that older buildings can present unique challenges. However, they did make the stay slightly less comfortable for us.

Quiet street dark at night Breakfast and Alexandra was lovely running the place she aims to please for sure. Getting in /out I did not go back and read messages from months ago about baggage help from parking lot or port so we couldn’t or didn’t know to use. My mistake, but could have used a reminder on that ! Reception under construction. It did not bother us but getting out of door to outside wasn’t great. I meant to advise to leave key on inside of hotel at street level for safety.

We loved this property! So many greats to mention! Great staff! Great location! Great breakfast! It was a unique, quaint and authentic accommodation. We could not have been more centrally located. Walk out the door with shops and restaurants at every corner. Nothing!

Great old style accommodation, right in the center of the old town. Dario and Aleksandra were excellent hosts, and very helpful. Beware that there is no elevator, so if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage it ma be a problem.

Need to be fit to navigate the rooms.

Location A lot of street noise and light that entered the room at night. Facilities OK…parts were under renovation.

We loved staying at Casa Garzotto. It's very authentic and right in the heart of old town. The staff is lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Aleksandra was a great communicator and responded to all of my questions quickly. The apartment is located in the heart of Rovinj and the breakfast was scrumptious.

Perfect location in the middle of Rovinj Old Town. Nice characterful medieval building. Room was quite atmospheric and large with comfortable bed and sofa and useful desk. A friendly host met me at the bus station and drove me round to the vicinity of the hotel. As I was staying two non-consecutive nights, the host allowed me to leave my larger piece of luggage in my room while I was overnight in Porec. Basically a very nice place to stay. Breakfast (slightly limited menu) is served in a dining area in a separate building round the corner from the room, so you have to go out into the street and back in again to eat it. No serious reservations, though!

Perfect place to stay while in the middle of Rovinj. Just steps away to all of the sites in the downtown area. We stayed in the main part of the hotel. Really appreciated the free shuttle from the offsite parking location. Luk (reception & shuttle driver while we were there) was extremely helpful. Breakfast was substantial and delicious! Would stay here again if we return to Rovinj. More a FYI than a problem: you'll want to be sure to bring an eye mask to use while sleeping. Our room stayed quite light at night due to the streetlights' being right outside our window so were glad we had eye masks to use.

Located in the center of the old town (pedestrian area). Apartments are in a couple of very old buildings that have modern updates. They offer a shuttle service to transport you and your bags into pedestrian area on a golf cart.

We really liked the location as it is right in the center of the old town. You truly get the feel of the Rovigno vibe. The view was great and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Shout out to Lazar who was really helpful. Considering the building which is really old, stairs are a bit tricky to climb. Facilities are a bit basic, no water is offered in the room and only Nescafé 3in1 is there, no coffee machine nor slippers, robes etc. Breakfast could be improved. I would say that it is a bit overpriced for what you get, but if you value the location more, then this is the right choice.
