A small complaint this year is the cleaning of the rooms. It is worse than the period two years ago when we were there.

The kids club was great. All of the staff were very fun and kind and my kids loved it. We also enjoyed the pools and beaches. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was fun having so many playgrounds. The food was just okay. The main restaurant was very chaotic. There were signs saying that parents were supposed to accompany their children to get food, but they almost never did. I saw so many kids touching food in an unsanitary way but the staff didn’t seem to care. For example, I saw a boy take one of the sticks for the chocolate fountain and continuously stick it it the chocolate, lick it, then stick it back in again. He did this probably 10 times before starting to stick his fingers in and lick them off instead. When I notified a staff member, she rudely laughed at me and said he could if he wanted to. This feels like it should be a health violation.

Traver with family, kids have enjoyed and parents could relax. A plenty of activities for children form early morning till evening. Food was great and various for every taste. Stuff is fiendly and always trying to help. We had a ants in our room.

Plenty of interesting amenities for children, hospitality and food were excellent - Not enough options for children with allergies - pillows aren't really up to par and also side bed is very bad even though main bed is very good

Lots of amenities and activities for children and parents alike Personal preference but the beach is composed of pebbles rather than sand. But a pair of water shoes do the trick.

Everything for kids, excellent staff, all amenities you may need, tasty food with plenty of variety. There were free tenis lessons for kids, very cool nets for kids to play, game rooms countless activities and even care for a toddler (usualy playrooms only take kids 3plus old). It could use s bit of updating of rooms, there were lineups in the restaurant and the indoor pool was a bit crowded but these are all minor things.

We are coming back at least once per year, this hotel ia amazing! we love the friendliness of the staff, taste and variety of food, entertainment for kids. Don’t change! The only thing - the waitresses were super edficient so sometimes they were to quick to clean up our table at the dinner. And the cinema is not the same anymore without floor display. But nothing really to complain. Perfect vacation
