Residence Rovinj&

Room was much smaller than anticipated. Could hear others in the hotel / apartment that kept us up at night.

Very clean. Issue with a fridge not working but plenty of ice available from staff.

Hotel is very clean and modern. Beds and rooms very uncomfortable and quiet. Breakfast had lots Of options and the food was good and fresh. The woman hosting breakfast was exceptionally nice and helpful with my daughter’s gluten allergy. Front desk was helpful with planning restaurants and activities. It is walkable to Old Town but most days we took a cab because of the heat. There is not someone at the front desk 24/7. This was fine with us but may be a concern for others.

​We spent a very pleasant vacation at this hotel and genuinely have good impressions. All the key segments were at a high level and met our expectations. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. I would especially like to highlight the air conditioning throughout the entire property, which works excellently and quietly—making a huge difference for a comfortable stay during hot days. Very good breakfast and diverse selection of food. Everything is fresh and well-prepared, offering plenty of options for a quality breakfast. All employees are professional, polite, and helpful. The service was prompt and correct at all times. A major advantage of the hotel is its private and secure parking, which makes the stay much easier since finding a parking spot in Rovinj can otherwise be quite complicated.​Overall, the hotel provides excellent service and everything mentioned ran smoothly. Recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable accommodation in Rovinj. -

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good . The hotel was very clean and quiet and the air conditioning quiet! The WIFi was down for a few days and as I didn't have a roaming package on my phone it was inconvenient as I couldn't check places to visit etc. However once fixed all was ok.

Modern,clean hotel with free parking space relatively close to the old town, outstanding front desk staff,friendly and cooperative ?? Everything was good,the only downside for us was the walking distance to downtown under the strong summer sun ?

Clean and new. Room was hot and air conditioning wouldn’t turn on unless balcony door was locked which was inconvenient if someone was sitting outside on the balcony.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Great location to park the car and walk 2 KM to old town and the waterfront of Rovinj. Rovinj Tower is worth the 188 step tower for the outstanding view of the town and water. Great breakfast. Outstanding location.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic! The kitchen/ dining / reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. About 1.5km walk into Rovinj town but that kept the calories down! Walked everyday 18 mins into town centre.

This is an upscale property with lots of nice features. The fit and finish clearly display exceptional design. The rooms are small, but comfortable. One of the best features was Sonja, our receptionist. She provided us with a comprehensive overview of the area, including recommendations for dining and sightseeing. We appreciated her advice! There is also a good continental breakfast available. We really enjoyed this hotel and the only negative comment is the location. While it is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, the property is located about 15-20 minutes on a downhill walk to town. This means an uphill trek back to the room. However, we discovered two convenient parking areas and utilized them. We visited in late May and got our spots early in the morning ahead of the crowds. If you are in better shape than us (early 70s) the walk would be nice. There is a sectioned dog park nearby.

It was right off EuroVelo 8 bicycle route. Sonja in reception was very friendly.

Comfortable and clean room with balcony, very good breakfast, very friendly staff and on-site parking included in the price. Nothing to say, it was a good choice. Just to mention that you can walk to the old town, but it takes about 15 minutes.

The room was clean, the staff was lovely, the on-site parking is a great plus. If you are planning to use this as a base to explore Istria the location is terrific. There is no way this is a 15 - 20 minute walk to town. That might take you to the edge of the old town if you are hoofing it and it's not hot out. The rooms are clean and functional but lack any charm. Way too expensive in my opinion.
