Villa Dobravac Wine Estate

Amazing people, very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I had a wonderful stay and felt at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of Rovinj. The location was great and everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Nothing really.

The breakfast. Outside area was very nice. *Air conditioning was not working well, upstairs bedroom was hot! We told a staff member and he said they sent a technician up to check while we were out for dinner, but nothing technician could do. * Not all staff were friendly or helpful, one of them felt like we inconvenienced them. * Old air conditioning system. * Cigarette smell in hallway. * Cracks on the bathroom floor. * No amenities ( only shower cap) * Room needs updating, for the amount we paid, it was too expensive. *Felt like a 1980’s room.

It’s nice, a 15 walk into Rovinj. Staff were friendly and estate was modern. The AC was old. There curtains didn’t really block any light or heat so the room was very warm. The power went out as well. It was only off for 20 minutes but it did delay our checkout.

We had a great stay at Villa Dobravac. It is close enough to the center of the city that you can walk over in 15 minutes and not have to deal with parking. Our room had a nice view (minus a little bit of dead tree), lovely breakfast provided, and it smelled wonderful! Plus you can do a wine tasting pretty much anytime you want. View was blocked a bit by a dead tree, the power went out our first morning so no coffee, also no coffee in the rooms. The beds also kept sliding apart. Besides those few small things we had a great stay.

Our stay at Villa Dobravac was perfection! It’s an oasis-easy walking distance to the old town but seems like a country setting. The room was gorgeous! Clean, spacious, well equipped and with a spectacular view. The staff were all very warm and helpful. Breakfast was great. Rovinj is absolutely lovely and a highlight of our stay in beautiful Rovinj was our wine tasting with Luka, at the villa. Thank you for a memorable and amazing stay.

Wish we could have gotten some coffee earlier than the 8:00, but it wasn’t really a problem.

The staff were all excellent, very helpful as well as lady in the kitchen so sweet and you know she loves her job. Breakfast pretty good buffet plus you order eggs. This place has wine tasting so we saw others coming for just that. Its in a great location about a 7 minute walk down to the old town of Rovinj. You can see the view from the hotel. Nice size room for two. The shower knob was just hanging nothing above to hang it so had to hold it which was a pain got water all over. That was it really. We had the economy room

The room with the fantastic view on the city of Rovinj, the whole place is just nice and surroundings are just so beautiful. Stuff is exceptional, wine and bar to taste them excellent, breakfast fantastic. Highly recommend and we will be back!

All wonderful! Just clearer communication around what the front desk hours are for checkout. Totally our fault for not asking, but it would have been lovely to have been shared up front.

Beautiful facilities, with a balcony in our room where we could see the city of Rovinj and the sunset. The staff was friendly and very accommodating- felt like a family. The wine was wonderful and we really enjoyed our wine tasting experience (for an extra fee). The included breakfast was delicious and breakfast staff went out of their way to make sure we had whatever we asked for. We wanted to stay longer! N/A

Every single person who were there during our stay was absolutely so helpful and welcoming. Luka was there, Patrycja and also another lady who served us the breakfast. Luka’s dinner place recommendation was spot on, Patrycja was there in the morning during our check out which was smooth. The room was sparkling clean and spacious. Their wines were very good we bought some. The parking is very convenient. The location is very good just a few minutes away from the town center (15 mins by walk). The breakfast was a bit weak. It maybe due to the fact that our stanwas off season.

Wow, where to begin! Villa Dobravac far exceeded all our expectations—from the warm welcome from Luca upon arrival to the heartfelt goodbyes at the end of our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel like part of the Villa Dobravac family rather than just guests. Our room, located on the top floor of the estate, was simply stunning. The view overlooking the harbour and the old town was nothing short of breathtaking, especially at sunset. Every detail of the room was thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight—fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. There were so many delicious options to choose from, and everything was prepared with care. A special mention goes to Vasna, Naza, and Beeba, who were not only welcoming and attentive but truly went above and beyond to make sure every guest had everything they needed. Villa Dobravac is one of those rare places that combine luxury, warmth, and genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to return! Loved everything about Villa Dobravac.

Beautiful villa-type small hotel with spacious rooms, lovely staff and a pristine vibe. Great breakfast and local produce selection (with a strong emphasis on brilliant wine). The location is an easy walking distance from Rovinj old town, and has a very pretty view of the town itself and the open sea.

The room was very nice with a balcony overlooking the iconic views of Rovinj. The wine made on the estate was very good and nice to sample while watching the sunset. The location provided privacy yet was only a 10-minute walk into town. The staff was cheery and attentive, particularly Agatha, who was a delight! Breakfast was good, but not quite the level of other places we've stayed. A new coffee machine would help!

The property is beautiful and the location great. Walkable to the old city, and the view from our room was great. The mattress was well used. Could use new mattresses.
