The breakfast was bountiful, and the host for it (ex-sailor) was very informative. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom very good. The property was quiet. Parking was daunting. The location was odd, in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Not bad, just strange. The distance from the center of Rovinj meant we had to drive, but I knew that when I booked.

Very friendly staff, the breakfast was very good, cleanliness was top-notch, and it's not far from the city, with available parking in front of and behind the hotel. We appreciated that the hotel staff approached our son, who was cheerful and energetic, with smiles and patience, without any complaints and with maximum helpfulness on their part.

The morning breakfast was great, the host was absolutely fantastic. He was personable and very easy to chat with. The regular cook had to leave to attend to something so the host stepped in and did his best on our made to order eggs! We woke early and there was no access to coffee, no coffee maker in the rooms. If you left your door open, even for a moment, an alarm would sound.

Our rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were just wonderful, kind, caring and delightful. I would not hesitate to return. Walk down into the old town was an easy 20 minutes.

Breakfast was great , room very clean , tidy and comfortable , wonderful showe , parking is right outside , overall a good place , need to drive to get to the centre ...would book again , maybe a bit pricey compared to other places ... We arrived and no one was on reception , we didnt have access to mobile phones so had to get someone to call them to let us in, that was the only bad thing .

Hotel was wonderful- just a short walk to town. Amazing breakfast, including fresh made omelets. Host was so friendly and helpful. It was hard to leave!

The room had a heavy perfume smell when first arriving as I think someone before us must have smoked in the room. There were plenty of windows to air it out after a couple days.

The two all-rounders working in the establishment polite and helpful, but that is the only positive note. Bicycle service reported on the site and on booking non-existent, only a few rusty and non-functioning bicycles. This made the location extremely inconvenient forcing us to take the car every time we moved. Room with broken door handle, sewer smell coming from the bathroom, breakfast acceptable but not very varied and in the long run it gets boring. All in all not at all what one would expect from a 4-star hotel and the amount spent. We will not be returning.

Cozy, modern little hotel perfect if you come to Rovinj by car. Quiet area with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet could be improved in terms of choices provided
