When I made to the hotel my room wasn’t ready yet. The room was so dirty especially the floor and bathtub. The tissue got some stains on it and the fire alarm rang non stop we called the maintenance they claimed us said that we smoke or use the heater but non of us smoked or turned the heater on because it was summer

Room wasn't ready for over an hour at normal check in. TV did not work. And for some odd unknown reason, there was no trash bin in the room (not even those tiny, 1 liter sized bin). Which if you think about it, a trash bin is pretty important at a hotel due to eating out, leftovers, etc. Anyway, if there is construction going on, that should probably be disclosed up front also. I get it, it is an inexpensive motel, but still.

Beds were horrible they had like body imprints. You basically slept in a hole

The first room had bugs flying all around,the sink was plugged and the shower leaked so they moved us to a different room and that one was even more disgusting so we decided to not even stay and just lose out on the money for the night.

We found a bedbug in our room and had to move out the same night to find other places to stay. The rooms weren't as clean as they should. There were hairs on the towels, pillows and bedsheet. The night staff was friendly but did not have authorities for refunds. Had to wait until the next day for managers to process refunds and the whole process was very unpleasant as the managers were pushing us in circles and having us call back multiple times. Would not recommend staying here.

Very un professional and dirty cable internet didn’t work ! No room service

nothing asked to used the laundry and they said to unlock it with the card room key but it was locked from the outside. only booked this room to be able to wash some clothes and came out very disappointed

Basic room. Air conditioner didn't work well. Had to open the windows for air circulation. Floors felt sticky. Otherwise it's a place to sleep.

Right now there is construction going on so much noise. It’s just one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed.
