Royal Inn Hotel

There were trash bags outside the trash cans the whole time we were there. There was urine and pubic hair on the toilet when the seat was raised. The room smelled clean and pleasant, but we discovered a deodorizer underneath the A/C that was distributing the clean smell. Judging by the dried urine and pubic hair on our room toilet, I don’t think they are cleaning as thoroughly as it smells. The room is updated, and has a fridge and microwave, which is very convenient. The lobby is very pretty, and they have all coffee fixings and cups, but no coffee anywhere in the lobby. It was a bit odd. The pool area is nice and relaxing, and the water isn’t cold like most hotel pools. I did see a tiki bar off to the side, but we never tried it. We would stay there again for the convenience, nice staff, and overall okay stay, but we will pack our Clorox wipes next time.

The pool was clean, the room was okay but the air conditioning was noisy. The property needs a lot of work.

NOTHING When we pulled in there were 2 police officers standing outside in parking lot of the “hotel”, and I literally said to my daughter, “ this could be a good sign or a bad sign”. Checking in was no problem, but when I walked into the room. I then said, “ it’s for only a few days”. As I prepared for bed about 1 hour later, there was a cockroach on the side table. I said to my daughter, “we are out of here”. We quickly gathered our things and I went to the office and told the office that I was not staying where there are roaches and she said can I offer you another room? I was like “no, we are leaving”. My money was refunded but never again!

It's an ok hotel

Only stayed for a night but it was very clean and the ladies in the lobby were really nice. For my surprise the bedroom was spacious. It had a big fridge. The only thing is that it didn’t have long mirror to get ready. There was one big enough but not long enough.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stag again when in town for a concert.

Nice place for the value. Lawn maintenance starting way before 8:00 a.m. was extremely disturbing. People need to relax on vacation. Lawn maintenance should be done at checkout time.

The front office staff was great. The housekeeper didn’t check to see if I needed clean towels daily even if I didn’t want my room clean . I had to ask for clean towels.

Nice place to stay - coffee in the room, none in the lobby

Las fotos que muestran jamas se comparan a la realidad la peste a humedad es horrible, las tuberia de la bañera tapadas, las toallas tenian pelos, las llaves mugre, las camas arañas. Reserve por 3 noches y entregue el supuesto hotel el domingo. No volveria jamas a pagar por dicho hotel. El aire acondicionado horrible

A last minute reservation made. Super staff let me check in early. Had the best room with a view. They need to check little things, like, sink faucets and lamp switches to be sure they don't need to be replaced.

Decent establishment, front desk receptionist could’ve been a bit more inviting and helpful, but overall the stay was fine. Rooms were clean and other guests were quite.

Location Towels are thin and scratchy. Mattress needs replaced.
