Serenity of the palace, near Humanas hospital and congress center Breakfast could be improved. Needs maintenance for the heating system. Staff not available always.

Staff was very helpful. The location was very convenient for us as we were looking for a place close to the Humanitas campus. Parking was also important for us as we hired car. During the day time due to the out patients at the hospital it was difficult to find a parking lot at the parking place that is just outside the compound. After 18.00 it was very easy. As we spent the day time mostly out of the hotel that situation did not cause a problem for us. The breakfast options are very limited and serves the Italian taste because it is sweet breakfast such as cake, croissants, crackers and jam. I wish it provides continental breakfast options like cheese, tomato, cucumber and eggs.

Great location if you are looking for a place near Humanitas Univetrsity. Very friendly staff. Brfeakfast could be improved.

The breakfast was very good and the location was excellent as we were visiting Humanitas Hospital which was only 200 meters away. There were two issues with our stay. There was a very annoying system during the day designed to keep pigeons away but it was very loud and annoying. The other issue, small but disappointing, was we could not use the Jacuzzi tub as there was no stopper to hold the water in the tub.

Its location is perfect for me as I was searching for a place near Humanitas. Car park facility is very convenient. It is also very close to the supermarket Esselunga which helped me a lot. Bus 230 is passing nearby and takes you the tram line 15 which goes directly to Duomo. It takes 40-45 minutes to reach the city center.

Attic room was a different experience. cute and cosy. room and linen were clean. breakfast was basic but nice. fresh croissants, yoghurt, coffee, juice and fresh fruit. Hosts were flexible with checkin and checkout time. We were a bit anxious after reading a google review about bedbugs. but thankfully they aren't bedbugs. Just garden insects/bugs that sometimes creep in. friendly and Pro-active staff. Initiated interaction on WhatsApp to prepare our checkin. They asked for feedback after checkin and were keen to act on the feedback we provided. we parked for free just outside the gate and our car stayed safe. have to climb up two sets of stairs for the attic room. it was OK for us, but maybe a challenge for senior citizens. squeaky bed. every time you toss and turn it squeaks. the heater too made a noise (seems Louvre is stuck?). but staff were pro-active to ask and keen to rectify it. we stayed only 2 nights, and were tired when we returned to the room, so we ignored these niggles.

To many stairs to get to the room. This ought to be specified in the description guests might have personal issue to go up and down. No parking lot available I had to leave the car on public area the forced me to completely unload the car.

Alda was a great host and we loved their place...it was perfect for our purpose and so so convenient to go into Humanitas university during my daughter's first week there. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Milan, Rozzano or Humanitas. Perfect for parents of freshers wanting to stay close to their kids during visit to the University.
