Nice place, a little farther away from Christmas market than we would have liked.

good water pressure in the shower. We booked this hotel hoping for a comfortable stay, but what we got was… memorable, in all the wrong ways. Our room faced a gas station and an abandoned parking lot, which was not exactly the scenic view we had in mind. The room itself was outdated and gloomy. We didn’t even try the breakfast because it honestly looked pretty depressing. Think sad cereal and old ham. For the extra charge, it felt like a total rip-off. The biggest disappointment, though, was the staff. They seemed more annoyed than welcoming, and getting help or even a simple answer felt like pulling teeth. We weren’t expecting five-star service, but some basic friendliness would’ve gone a long way. Overall, not a great experience. There are better options out there, even if they don’t come with a gas station view.

Furniture & bed very outdated. On street- very noisy and continual train traffic very close- even through the night hours. Breakfast was additional and a 10 minute walk away. Surrounding area around building messy and dirty due to nearby construction. Not how building was pictured.

Clean, comfortable beds with safe locked place for bikes. Quick walk to downtown restaurants and easy access to bike path to Mainz or Wiesbaden. Great to have sauna after a day of biking. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming for the price of 16 euro. However, there was vegan milk and fresh fruits along with the usual Brötchen and cheese, meats and boiled/scrambled eggs.

The staff is very friendly, but this is the only good thing about the hotel Wifi is very poor, breakfast wconomical. Everything is quite acceptable but really basic

The breakfast was super. Lots of choice. The weather was extremely hot and we were so glad we had Aircon in our suite. We were the only ones to used the pool Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was deeper than me so would have liked a floating device and there wasn't a lifebelt for safety ?

Staff were very helpful even when we arrived late. Parking and getting onto the hotel was simple to arrange over the phone. Breakfast was optional. We arrived late and the remote reception told us if we wanted it we had to confirm then and there so they had time to prepare for us. That gave us the impression it must be more than the usual hotel "help yourself" so we took it as it was Sunday the next day and we were not sure what would be open. In reality we were mistaken on two fronts. First in Rüdesheim everything was open on Sunday and there are plenty of very good places to get an excellent breakfast. Second,the hotel breakfast was poor and it was nothing that could not have been sorted the next day. So my advice would be don't take the breakfast.

Location Room had a very strong smell like cigarette smoke mix with Parfum. Towels were damp and had the same smell. Mentioning this to staff we got “Mh oh” as a reaction. More then 350 Euro for that is just unacceptable. And asking beforehand for things like one mattress or two single ones, answering and getting exactly the other thing. Where is the point in asking if no one cares anyway. No solution offered. Sad.
