I loved the location, the staff, the town. Everything was amazing. They even included a free wine tasting which was absolutely amazing and unexpected. There wasn't anything that I was unhappy about.

Great location, right in the old town. Beds were comfortable Room was comfortable and clean, but a little on the cold side. We could get the heat to warm up the room on the chilly night we had.

Excellent location! Very clean facilities and great food at the restaurant. The staff are helpfull and friendly. The facilities (particularly the beds and furniture in the rooms) need upgrade.

The room is small, but clean. The hotel has a parking, but there is also a close public parking with more or less the same price. The location of the hotel is super, and we got beautiful view in our room! They sell the riesling wine in the hotel as well. Everything is good. The room and parking are small, but I understand in this busy and beautiful small town, it's difficult to get more places.

The location is really great. The staff was kind enough to let us check in early. The rooms are above the restaurant, small in size but decent enough for a couple of nights stay.

Location was great, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, river cruise line Requested rooms close together - we were in 2 separate buildings. 1 room had glass in the bathroom door, not much privacy. Rooms were dormitory quality. Beds were hard.

Good sized room. Had a fan in the room to make it more bearable during the European heat wave. Shower was strong and never ran out of hot water. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Also loved the restaurant. Staff was extremely nice.

The property was immaculate, beautiful building in the heart of town, we had two rooms both were clean and comfortable (ps if your room is hot there are fans in the cabinets), I would recommend their breakfast for sure, best eggs I’ve ever had. The staff was responsive and friendly, if we make it back to Rüdesheim would stay there again. There was nothing we would have changed about our stay, it was wonderful.

The room was very small. A twin bed room could not accommodate two beds side by side which was also shown in the picture. The beds had wheels and were not comfortable.

Loved how traditional the building was, the location and the very friendly staff You can’t be surprised by the rooms as they are entirely as described but there is a clear issue with drainage via the showers - particularly the rooms we had, the higher room of the 2 being worse. We opened the windows and managed it that way.

Not clean , dust was covering everything, maybe they didn't hear about the vacuum cleaner before !
