Everything was on point and I’m so excited None

The staff were excellent really willing to go the extra mile

The pool was extremely green & needs maintenance, we couldn't swim.in addition; the second pool advertised could not be used as it was for spa guests only. The kids play room was extremely dirty & had a terrible smell to it. Around the property, there is alot of attention required & cleaning needed. The rooms need alot of work- the door would keep opening & you would battle to close or open. The radio in the rooms do not work. The pillows in the room had a smell to it as well. Dinner menu is very limited & quite a number of drinks & food items were out of stock. Service provided was very bland.

They are not upfront when it comes to their food prices and lastly, the rooms you see on the internet are not the ones you find in the premises

The waiter needs a more training on customer service. The location was good and cleanliness was excellent. The unit we stayed at was really great and comfortable, no complaints. It was also peaceful and the security guards were exceptional. Loved having the cats around too. The customer service from the waiter was poor and I did not appreciate that he kicked the cat out of our unit.

Desiree the receptionist was friendly and very welcoming. Mary...the lady that appeared to be in charge that worked on 17,18,19 April was rude ...Because of her attitude we checked out a day early and lost our money. She was. overbearing, disrespected her staff in front of us, and lied about the pool pump that "just" broke. Staff told us that this has been the case for a while . Nothing worked. Drove over two hours, swimming pool outdoor or indoor not working. Tennis courts in very bad condition, game room, snooker tables mechanism can fall on someone, basically paid so much to stay at a "park". Definitely not a resort if none of the facilities are properly useable. Staff kept reducing the amount of toiletries in the bathroom everyday. No extra toilet roll is provided. I had to plug the room kettle on the floor because it couldn't reach the designated socket. TV channels are not worth it. We never ever got to enjoy the pleasure of using their WiFi, we kept being given different passwords/connections which would last a few minutes only. Lastly...since when do hotel staff go into your cupboards.....they decided to pack our belongings (not just clothes) into the cupboards and we had to look for things.....but then they don't wash the cups, really. Things like milk etc was not restocked. I think because we had brought extra they assumed that they don't need to.

Beautiful garden, very friendly and accommodating staff. Poor WiFi, but there was a big storm that week which could have effected it. The rooms need a fresh clean in terms of paint, especially the bathrooms which had some mould on the ceiling. The food is very simple. I'd rate it 2 stars. Very homy food, but not fancy in any way. The eating hall had loud music playing. During dinner and breakfast.
