- As soon as we entered the room, we found five cockroaches, and we were changed rooms, but same situation, every day we returned to the hotel and it was full. It would be pest control! The window was broken, the walls are very thin and it is full of drunken tourists staying there. Everything is yellowed or rusted. The water only came out boiling, does that seem normal? The room was cleaned once in a week, and they didn't even replace the towels, they filled the bathroom and our things with water, there were two fingers of water on the floor and everything was wet! Without respect. The funny thing is that the owner's face is everywhere, even on the plant pots. OK that one only goes back to the hotel to sleep, but if one cannot sleep there is no point. The facility should really close, they should do a disinfestation and renovation. Changing everything!

Close by to everything stayed to weeks before at playablanca no complaints there both good for two star . Pity one or either not open through the winter months for a winter sun break

For a hostal it was just fine and hey breakfast was included, wifi and nice big pool. The colour of the curtains gave the whole room an orange glow. No laundry facilities.

Was good room overall. For not expensive room on Mallorka. A bit obsolete repair of room.

Disappointing

The location and breakfast time. A poor quality of cleaning including cockroaches . A bad odour inside the room .

Nice location, breakfast included was good plus after hard night. Just minute from the beach and from the restaurants, Spar in front of building as local Grill house. The cleaning wasn't so good and the water flow in the bathroom was too weak.

Location was good and the price wasn’t too expensive. The man who checked me in was friendly but hard to track down. Property didn’t communicate before arrival, I messaged and called. The person who answered hung up on me when I started speaking Spanish. I’m Canadian so he would have heard my accent. I wanted to know if we could check in late and if they needed our passports. We were moved from the place we booked to the main hotel, I don’t know if this was better for us. The room was hot, hot, hot! The street is loud, but it’s impossible to sleep without the windows open. On our second night, we weren’t served by the cantina across the street, I assume because they either don’t like tourists or we weren’t the right kind of tourist. We asked to buy water and were turned away. Another customer told us we could get water from our hotel lobby. When we went to the lobby to get water either from a cooler, fountain or to purchase - the staff member screamed at us. We were told that tap water isn’t safe to drink and we needed to be able to buy water. I told her in Spanish we were staying at the hotel and she nearly threw the bottles of water at us she was so mad. I know Spains people are lashing out at tourists but I was shocked to be treated like that at a hotel I was staying at.

The room was very hot all the time. Air conditioner would make a big difference in the experience.

Friendly staff at reception, convenient location, great value for money. Disgustingly dirty fan in the room, I took it apart and cleaned it in the shower before using it. Corridors were dark and had flickering lights at night making it hard to get back into the room. The older owner who is intent of sticking around SHOULD NOT be helping himself to food from behind the staff serving counter at breakfast with his bare hands!!! Breakfast was simple, but could benefit from having the coffee machine moved so the line does not block others from picking up breakfast items.

Great location and decent price for the area Room wasn’t as comfortable as expected and breakfast needed to be taken in another building
