Everything was perfect, the hotel is really nice I am not happy with the breakfast and food quality and didnt like that we pay for the tools but only allowed to change 2 times during 1 week.

The side sea view is acceptable Room is small; Too much noise; A twin room, two bed can be easily moved which is not convenient for a couple to sleep together; Cleaning ladies mades too much noise and the door has Poor sound insulation; THe air conditioner is not good; High score in booking (Not worth it)and low score in google map; Difficult to find a parking place.

We had half-board and there is space to improve the dinner. Strange you have to pay for the sun lounger next to the pool of the hotel. I could understand at the beach but not at the hotel.

We had to wait a long time to use the elevator! No water was served during meals!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a lovely view. The hotel breakfast exceeded our expectations. It was overall great value for money. Rooftop bar offered amazing uninterrupted views. Easy access to local walks around castle. The air conditioning was not working and was not being turned on yet, making the nights very uncomfortable

To begin with definitely the Staff, they genuinely value all the customers who are staying at their hotel. The entire package is value for money, since we had taken the half pension plan. The location is amazing and you get a feeling of having access to a Private beach. All in all was an amazing holiday. None

Stuff was perfect, service was good, facilities and room was clean, beach was nice, swimming pool was good. If Water was free would of been very good, was charged everytime you needed Water, visitors made it uneasy for my wife who had scarf on kept staring at us, not many options in the food department, more options for vegetarian would be useful.

Everything was great. The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly and they also speak plenty of languages (Spanish, English, German, Polish ...). The rooms were beautiful and always cleans, also their shampoo smells wonderful. The food was good and fresh, no leftovers from previous days, for dinner there was always something new and always delicious. The location is great and peaceful, very beautiful. Everything was amazing.

Everything was just fine. The size of the room, bathroom. Food was excellent. Perhaps the only thing which bothered me was that we didn't have an electric kettle in the room as my wife loves tea before bed but I guess I can't have everything. No electric kettle in the room.
