food selection was good, friendly and helpful staff

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Lots of space around the pool. The hotel is a short distance from the beach and lots of places to eat on your door step. There was lots of food options but most include meat. I had to speak with reception to ask for more vegetarian options. Also all labels for food were in spanish and German, without a English sometimes it was hard to work out what each dish included.

Food too much fish if you didn't like fish you were hungry.

The hotel exceeded our expactation. One of the better hotels in Mallorca. Spacious rooms, convenient location, nice and smiley staff. The variety of food was sufficient. Suitable for relax and families with kids. As we found out, there were two reception ladies speaking czech, so no worries, they help you with everything. As we tried many hotels in Mallorca. There is always a problem with meat during dining. Every time it is dry so it is hardly chewable. Whether it is a fish, pork, beef or chicken it is always a problem. Except this we were really satisfied with the variety of food and meals. Also I didn´t like the animation program runnig whole evening on the stage next to the pool bar. For those without kids or aiming to chill and relax it is disturbing, considering there is another stage by indoor bar.

Overall very good stay. Beds comfortable, wide range of food. On each meal I was able to find something tasty to eat. Very easy access to the beach, literally 5min slow walk. Staff very friendly, every night some entertainment. I would only add music by the pool to it, but could use headphones so not a big deal.

Everything was very good. The cleaning and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very acceptable. We did not have lunch. The pool area and gardens were clean and well looked after. There was always at least one life guard on duty. Snacks and drinks during the day and evening were also good. Our room was large and clean. You can hear a little noise from the corridor and through the toilet vents. As the hotel is very family orientated, there are a lot of young children and infants therefor you will hear noise in the corridors and and through the walls. Reception is multi lingual and if you have any problems at all, they will be attended to. As this hotel is rated 4 Star, the evening meals were below expectations. The dining areas (inside and out) are run on a help yourself buffet style. Salad selection was very good and so was the pasta and dessert area. I also saw a selection of Vegan dishes available. The main problem for us, was the freshly cooked fish and meat. This should have been of better quality. The dining area staff were very friendly. Their main job was to keep the tables clean and take away the plates etc.

Swimming pool with clean water all day in the sun (which not too many hotels have ) with a big green garden. Normally I don't bother to write reviews but now I think I have to. There is too much going wrong in this hotel. the first room I got was on the ground floor ( I booked a double room with balcony but I got as a single a family room with 4 beds which was too dark and no possibility to sleep with the door open because anyone can come in) had no make-up mirror just 2 hauls in the wall where it should have been . In the morning a few hours no water so people were continously calling or going to the reception to complain. The answer was just wait 2 hours and it will come. No WiFi signal at all in the rooms. I tried every day different hours but each time said broken connection .It works somehow very slow only at the reception, pool and eating room. Second room I got had a nice view but very noisy in the evening due to loud music and the terras with people talking loud or shouting. But here again no WiFi , a broken telephone ( which I didn't needed ). Food and drinks were quite bad quality if I compare with 2 years ago. For a 4 stars hotel very disappointing. It was my 4th time here and I think the last one. The staff speaks no other language than Spanish ( except some people at the reception and the animation team). Also the lifeguards - only Spanish. Very often burned pizza, eggs of other food. Also often cold food as eggs or sausages. In the morning till 8 is no warm water. Even after waiting half an hour still didn't come.

Excellent food, good choice of drinks, fun animators, amazing value for money in general Some facilities like pool table or ping pong are paid, which was strange in all inclusive hotel. Jacuzzi was cold so nobody used it. Reception was always busy, it looked like only one girl there knew how to deal with all problems.

Nice place, good location. For the price we paid is absolutely fantastic. It was way too German oriented, especially at meal time. Everything was labelled in German, and sometimes it was a struggle to find out what is what when we had a meal. And unfortunately, on our first day my son was playing on the balcony and he accidentally dropped his swimming short which ended up in the balconies gutter, I reported to the reception staff but during our 5 day stay we didn't get it back.

Food and staff. Amazing food, lots of to choose it! Great fruits and dishes! Great staff, always clean everything in a few seconds! Rooms are big enough, nice design, very clean. Bad air condition. It's a shame for a 4 stars hotel to have so bad air condition! It was only September, but I can imagine people there are roasting during Summer months!
