The airport shuttle service was good. Although I had to connect with the customer support of booking.com to contact the property, since they didn't respond to booking.com messages and emails. Which caused a bit of panic because of no confirmation.

The facility to drop us off at the airport and also at the beach is an excellent touch Maybe communicate information on all the hotel facilities and other extra services, e.g., the spa, times of the bus to the beach, upon arrival to guests and indicate to guests that they have to book these in advance.

Great location and all of the staff were so amazing and nice! The beds were so comfortable and that’s huge in Thailand. That there were no public nice spaces to hang out in that were air conditioned.

Stayed at Panphuree Residence Phuket and had a very pleasant experience. The airport pickup was smooth and convenient. The hotel is located very close to Phuket Airport. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing a good rest after traveling. Breakfast had limited choices, but the quality was good and definitely value for money. Overall, a great option for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport. -

The accomodations were exactly like the photos. Airport transportation was clearly arranged and our driver was waiting for us as soon as we had our luggage. Front desk was very accommodating. Check in and out was easy. Rooms were spotlesessly clean and quite comfortable for a short stay. The roof top restaurant had a nice selection of well prepared food. Very good value for the money. Very convenient location to airport. Also can easily walk a few blocks for basic services and shopping.

Clean and lovely rooms with a modern look and feel. Pool was great. Breakfast with a view next to the pool was a highlight. Great value for what you pay. Second bed upstairs was good but the stairs are too narrow
