Staff fantastic, very friendly and they even offer the lift to the airport. The rooms are fantastic, very clean, bathroom and showers top quality. The beds very comfortable and air conditioning very efficient and silent.

The worst experience in Thailand. They have announced pick up service from and to the airport, but they don’t actually have it and the receptionist doesn’t apologize nor offer an alternative solution. Absolute no possibility to do the check in a little early and the receptionist answers in an unpolite way. The receptionist man a very rude, unpolite person, not willing to help with anything, laughing at us with a sarcastic laugh! like a bully and not unswerving any of our questions. That was not professional, not acceptable and not adequate for someone giving a service. He didn’t want to give me a receipt, when is not a favor, it is his responsibility, the other receptionist gave one to me. because of the mistreatment we checked out sooner. the bedsheets had stains, the shower was clogged and Wi-Fi incredible slows. Ugly surroundings, nothing to do close by, nowhere to eat and far from the beach. Not recommended

Clean room, AC clean, free water, confortable bed, quiet room ?? Bonus: they were very nice and drove us to the aeroport for free. I recommend this hotel.

Clean, comfortable and close to the airport. Free transport to the airport provided. It would be nice to have a bar of soap provided. Also, teabags should be provided as standard.
