An incredible hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the centre, but with excellent views over Sapa and the surrounding area. The heated pool and sauna were excellent and very welcome after a days hiking. But the best part was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were so friendly at all times. They even managed to have my backpack fixed within an hour. Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. The breakfast could have been a little better. But was still perfectly fine.

“Very good location. Very nice staff, rooms and food!! Excellent” This hotel is closed to center . It’s right in front of the Sapa church. The room is just right & comfortable. Very good breakfast & good value stay. We spent here two nights before taking off to Mucangchai. Thank you hotel front desk team & service team they helped us with many helpful information on the trip to Mucang chai – Dien bien – Ninh binh

Friendliness of the staff, especially the person at the desk who checked us in and gave us a lot information the trekking to village, Heated swimming pool with Jacuzi ,for sauna we have no time to try it but look from out site is nice and pleasant herbal smell Location was also very good location . The breakfast was great and it had a nice view of the city.

The staff! Although it is a very nice hotel with nice pool and sauna, the staff is what makes this place so great. They are extremely nice and attentive. Would recommend and stay anytime again. The breakfast ended quite early for my liking. However I believe 9.30am is a common time, especially in Vietnam.

Fantastic hotel! With heated pool and sauna Amazing set up .The location is great, close to the center Rooms are clean, the mattresses are wonderful. This also applies to breakfast, both intercontinental and Vietnamese. The tour organize by the guide at desk is nice trek to some village up in mountain where you I can see and feel relax and service comes with a big smile, which makes you happy! All good

The Hotel was super clean and well situated in center And the room upgrade for free so we had a view on mountain, which was really enjoyable. Breakfast buffet offers everything you could wish for and represents a perfect start into active days around Sapa. We really appreciated the staff, The pool opening from 11Am – Until 20hpm with heated Also hotel provide sauna we stayed for 2 night and most our time in room and pool Any way this is hotel with high recommend for the traveling in Sapa
