During daytime there was loud noise from the nearby markert's speakers. The staff was kind enough to move us to another room, not facing the street.

We got an upgrade of our room for free. The room was big and comfortable. The location is great, and the staff was nice. Very poor breakfast. There was almost nothing to choose from.

Spacious room, lots of light coming in, comfy beds, clean. Central location and friendly staff. A few breakfast options. I was allowed to check out an hour later because of my bus schedule. Great place to recharge and have a good night sleep. You can hear the stage across the street at night but they finish early so you can still sleep. Breakfast finished at 9, I appreciate a later breakfast if I want to sleep in.

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and it was awesome. The location is just 3mins walk from Sao viet bus station anf 2mins walk to Sapa night market. There are so many cafe and restaurants around the hotel. The family room is big and clean. Breakfast is also delicious. Most importantly, the staffs are accomodating,friendly and helpful! Everything is perfect!

The air conditioner stop working after 1 hour and it was so cold in the room, we reserved a room for 3 people and only got two towels and the shower head had low pressure

We loved everything! From the great location and staffs to the stunning wooden ceiling in the rooms. We enjoyed our stay so much! Great value for money. Room is old but well kept. They managed to accommodate us eventhough we arrived one day earlier because of my mistake. They help me sort out our accommodations. I really appreciate it. They referred us to a great van rental so make sure you ask. Free delicious breakfast. My family loved the fried rice. The only thing I can think off are the loud guests. They were drunk and shouting. I reported them to the front desk and they dealt with them immediately.
