The photos do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property and you could get different room from what you booked. When I raised this concern with the staff/owner, the response was dismissive, and I was essentially told that if I was unhappy with the accommodation, I could leave. Rather than addressing the issue, they seemed unwilling to discuss the discrepancy between the listing and reality.

Clean, just 1 minute from the lake and several restaurants. Staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was good.

It was in a good location not far from many restaurants. Very clean and the hosts super nice. I read in the reviews about this place that the staff was hard to communicate with. I really don’t know why. The couple that runs the place speak English very well. We never had a problem. N/A

Big spacious clean room. Warm, comfortable bedding. Hot shower that was in a separate cubicle from the toilet, western style. Several options for hot breakfast. Great communication, emails with answered very quickly. The staff was wonderful. Internet was strong and water was hot. The only drawback was a lack of view, and that's not something they can fix, but might be important for people looking at hotels. It's located in town and close to restaurants and tour options, but no lovely view.

The receptionist is very nice and welcoming! The location was wonderful. Our window approached the street, and it was noisy sometimes. The hotel did give us ear plugs, but if you are very sensitive, you can hear it.

Place is great. Nice clean room. Close to center of town and right next to downtown. Hard to ask for a better place. Can use the kitchen as well and free breakfast is great. Nice hot cocoa. Owners super nice and help you book tours or tickets or let your rent a scooter to explore on your own. A bit noisy if you have the balcony room but you Can get one on the other side.
