Great stay for families.. They even provide us complimentary airport transfer, and that was nice.

This location was great. 150m away from Sapa Square. Easy access to funicular. But yet away from big noise near lake. All major trekking offices are close by. Rooftop breakfast and evening views were great. Staff were very professional helping me organize a 6 person private O Quy Ho/Glass Bridge half day trip with English speaking driver who guided us as well. Rooms were big, comfortable, with a good view. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delicious and bountiful. Nothing.

We had a pleasant stay at Azalea hotel. It was perfect for our first time visit Sapa. We thank the staff that was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was quite limited, we were there for 3 nights and found that lack of variety.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff was nice to let us check in early and helpful in booking rides for us as needed. Hotel is within walking minutes to downtown Sapa. Lots of massage spas and restaurants nearby. Room was a bit compact. No toilet paper in bathroom. While these things could have improved overall experience, still a great hotel to stay at.

Could not get ice. They advertised a Sky Bar but they're was no bar open.

good breakfast. ok facilities even though we booked a room via booking.com that promised a view (city or inner courtyard), they told us that our room didn't have any views until AFTER we checked in. it felt like a joke, as both our rooms had a balcony completely covered by an exterior wall that obscured natural light. they were able to switch one of our rooms to one with a view but it was a terrible view of a decrepit building so it didn't make much of a difference. on top of this, my friend encountered 2 roaches in his room.

The Azalea Sapa Hotel was the highlight of our trip. We spent a truly wonderful time here enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient location. The staff were amazing, always greeting us with a smile and providing excellent, prompt service. The rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptionally good. If you're visiting Sapa, you need to stay here. Nothing to mention

Azalea Sapa was a beautiful boutique hotel. It was alittle gem in the middle of Sapa town. Walking distance to the center it was very conveniently located. The room was so cozy and comfortable. Beautiful interior. Super clean and we loved coming back to the hotel after a long day of exploring the town. The staff was very kind and helpful. After experiencing Hanoi we felt that people in Sapa were way friendlier and kind. Specially the hotel staff. We felt the difference. It was indeed an excellent stay and I highly recommend the hotel. There was nothing to complain. If I had to say something it would be that the breakfast spread could’ve been a bit better. But it was not a problem for us.
