I booked a bunk bed to be near the bus station for an early bus. I was upgraded for free to a private double room. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Two bottles of water were provided, coffee pot, refrigerator. Large bathroom/shower. Plenty of water pressure and hot. Large enough sink to put your stuff on the counter. Across the street from the night market. Five minutes to the bus station. Didn't appear to be any heat - the room was quite cold. My door lock jammed and I was stuck outside my room for about half an hour.

The staff gave us a different room after the heater in the original room did not work at all. The location was good and they let us check in very early when we arrived with the night bus. Overall we regretted staying here. This was partly because the weather was so cold but also because the hotel was not what we expected. The first thing we noticed was that the bathroom smelled terribly. Moreover, the heater did not work in our room and we had to ask for a different room which ended up not having a window.

Excellent facilities, got upgraded to a private room when I had booked a dormitory which was a welcome surprise! Staff are super friendly and helpful, couldn’t recommend this place more

Arrived late by bus and hotel was perfect location, just few meter from bus drop off. The owner upgrade my dorm to private room - you really made tired traveller happy. Clean room and loved bathrope. There was everything I needed and really friendly service!

Staff. The staff make the accommodation 10 for me. Recommended places and rent me a bike. Noisy outside, noisy inside. But after some hour the market gets quiete. Handle in the bathroom felt of.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We left without spending the night because the room was very humid and not clean. The sheets were dirty and humid. The pictures do not represent the reality. The hotel is older than it looks. Also, the bathroom had like a rubber carpet on the floor which did not seem very clean.
