The view is amazing when there are no clouds in the area. All the staff were very helpful. The bed was medium soft. There was a fan in the room. There was housekeeping every day. The bathroom is a wet room which is common in SEA. There was a clean kettle and water provided. Toiletries like shampoo, toothbrush, etc also provided. It's about a 15 minute walk to the town center. Plenty of restaurants, massage places, and mini-marts nearby. I really enjoyed Yummy Restaurant about a 5 minute walk away. I am a slow traveler, and I liked the place so much I booked an extra week. The reception staff speak English. Highly recommend. Things to be aware of: I had room 102 which has a better view. When the clouds weren't out, I had a decent view of the valley from my bed or settee. The rooms on either side had an obstructed view, although a beautiful terrace is very close which looks over the valley, rice fields, and mountains. There is no a/c or heater, but a fan was provided. I was there at a time when I didn't need the a/c or heater. The room can get very damp, especially when it rains. A dehumidifier would be a great addition.

Great location, great views and lovley staff! Rooms are big and beds comfy with electric blankets as it can get a bit cold at night.

The location is very near all our target tourist spots to visit. The room is clean and the view is ok (unfortunately foggy furing our stay tho) The service is very good. Evry staff is accomodating and kind and always smile. Heater/aircon is working No extra Bottled water.

Lovely view directly outside of my room! About 10-15 min away walk from the city centre! Walk will be challenging during rain.

The room felt damp/musty and didn't have air conditioning or heat.

The views were amazing. Comfy bed and clean... Good location also The staff didn't know much english so it was difficult to comunicate. They said also they had breakfast but there wasn't any available. There was no water available so if you go back to your room from town without water you won't have available at the hotel, this was really disappointing

A bit further out from town, however there are good restaurants near by. The reason you are booking this room though is the amazing view, the space, the comfortable beds and the great price!! We got the triple room and it was amazing! I couldn’t believe the view from our beds!

Convenient location - 8 min walk from the hustle and bustle of Sapa town. Comfortable room and bed. It was a bit of treat after 2 months travelling to watch a little Netflix at night! Good value for money considering how touristy the area is. Not exactly the warmest of welcomes at check in. The views were nice if you are able to over look the small landfill site. The fire alarm went off at 2:30am and no staff were around to confirm if it was a false alarm or if we should all evacuate.

Although weather was not on our side but the stay makes the trip even memorable ^^ *highly recommended The flooring is tile. Hope to consider replacing some carpet for extra comfort.
