Sapa Passion Hotel & Spa

Staff were nice and really heloful with everything but thats where it ends. Insects and bugs in the bathroom upon arrival. Bathroom really stinks not clean. Only one roll of toilet paper everyday between 4 people. Terrible cold breadfast, cold coffee. Not enough insulation and we can hear the neighbours all night. All doors have some stupid alarms that go off in the middle of night waking up eveyone, WTF..big times.

The location is great, with nice views of the mountain and the city. Very close to the action in Sa Pa. The kindness of the staff, especially at the reception made the stay extra special. Thanks to Moon and the rest of the reception staff ?

Nice breakfast, VERY helpful staff.

Super helpful staff. Helped organise washing at normal market price. No rip-off price. We arrived before 6am and hotel staff accommodated us without extra charge. We also had a very late checkout (10pm) hotel staff offered us luggage storage, shower facility and resting room if we wanted to. All of it free of charge.

the staff and especially Moon were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive. Moon assists in every issue early check in when we arrived in 6:00 AM from Hanoi, organise a tour and was kind for all quesstions we asked/ To diversify breakfast Improve the mattresses

The hotel is located well. On a hill down to the Sapa center. The rooms are big and the staff is friendly. You even get offered a free foot bath. The room was very dirty. When we moved the bed a bit, there was so much trash underneath. The bathroom has mould. Also an alarm goes off when you do not properly close the door. So on our floor many people did that at night so we woke up multiple times.

Lovely hotel at a good location, just about 10 minutes walk to Sun Plaza. My family stayed there for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff are very helpful and the lady from the reception helped us buy the tickets for Fancipan. My special thanks go to Mr. Neil who helped me along with the bus tickets and airport transfers at very reasonable prices for both Hanoi and Sapa. Fully recommand this Sapa Passion Hotel and love to come again .

Hotel had great views. room was large and clean. hotel was at the top of a large slippery hill, which was not stated in the hotels literature. staff were NOT knowledgable about the area. Breakfast didnt cater for western diet.

Hotel is close to city center. There is an unpleasant odor in the rooms, reception area, and breakfast location. The breakfast is quite basic and lacks sophistication The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Rooms are overpriced compared to what you are getting. .

We like the room, staff and food. Close to center too. Wasn't able to use the pool since it's too cold when we check in. But not a big deal.

Close to the centre. You don’t need to be closer. The woman who speaks English gives great recommendations and will help you out Breakfast is Vietnamese. If you’re vegetarian you’ll struggle. Most of the staff doesn’t speak English the hotel, rooms and breakfast room were very very cold and the pool was empty. I felt very deceived considering the price. I also had bugs in my room so I had to change. Bad luck maybe

The hotel provides breakfast to all of us (5 pax) without extra charges for kids. Hang (the front desk staff) is very friendly with a lot of suggestions. The hotel has its own laundry service at 60 VND / kg but she suggested us to opt for a cheaper laundry service just around the corner, which we are very happy and satisfied with! Our room were done everyday with changing of towels & drinking water refilled. Hang can easily arrange our transportation to places that we wish to go. The hotel building is on its own, located at slightly on the hill just nearby to the SAPA lake and require you to walk up a bit. Hence, the view is superb! other than their card machine malfunction which require me to pay by cash, there is NOTHING that i don't like about the hotel :)

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Go extra mile to ensure you are happy. Both Mr. Neil and Ms. Hang are wonderful people. Mr. Neil arranged a last minute bus from Hanoi airport to hotel when I missed my train due to some issues. No room phone, bed is little bit hard
