We really enjoyed our stay at the Sapa Mountain Resort. We arrived early and my daughter was not feeling well. Immediately the reception staff were friendly and super helpful, and went out of their way to assist us. They bought ginger tea, and managed to get us early access to our room, which was amazing and greatly appreciated, and asked if there was anything else they could do to help. The room was wonderful - welcoming, warmly decorated, of good size, and a lovely bathroom. There was substantial renovation work being done on the grounds during our stay (which was privacy screened off), but that didn't affect our stay at all, and the tradesman were not disruptive at all. The only thing that I think could be improved on was the breakfast. I felt it didn't have much choice or variety - but I'm comparing it to hotels in Hanoi.

It is located very centre, some mininute walk over a hilly steps to the church. Good break first and great supportive staff.

An excellent room - great views of the town - and you're not too far out of it. Pretty quiet as you're up on a hill. The spa - 150m up the hill is very nice - decent size pool , sauna , steam room, small gym , massages etc available The staff were really lovely - very friendly and keen to help with anything. we ate in twice - very good and breakfast was tremendous It was very cold when we were there and the public rooms were pretty chilly despite the fires. Our room was very well heated though

The staffs at the reception lobby are most helpful and also provide great customer service. I would like to mention a special thank you to a reception Staff - May (hope i get her name right). Not only did she provide great help and advice on where to travel around for sight see, she even pay meticulous attention to pre-emp our needs, like preparing the Hotel buggy for my family of six to pick us up from the hotel Swimming pool complex to return to hotel main lobby, so that we can be on time for our transport back to Railway Station. The hotel rooms (we had the Family Suite and the Deluxe rooms) are all cleaned and well equipped. Hotel breakfast also has a good spread. Due to the loud activities at the Sapa Centre and nearby restaurants where BB Sapa Resort and Spa is near to，our bedrooms still be disturbed by these loud noise even till 10pm at night. If the hotel room windows can be a little more sound proofed or the curtains can help shield some of these noise，it would have completed the great comfort of this resort. We understand the noise from Sapa Centre and from the streets are not within Hotel control, but sound proofing the windows would help.

Nice quiet hotel a few minutes away from the center which is quite busy. Breakfast could be better. The pool and spa are up the hill, accessible by shuttle car. They felt dated, in need of an upgrade.
