The location of the Anise was excellent. Be prepared for the 60 stone steps that lead up to it. Place certainly has homey feeling. Room very rundown. Definitely overpriced! Don't have high expectations.

The staff is very friendly and kind especially the lady at the reception Ninh. The room is well lighted and the view from our terrace is amazing. Breakfast has enough choices though there’s no hot chocolate which is commonly asked esp if you have kids with. We had an extra person in our booking but they did not charge the extra breakfast anymore. If given the chance to come back to Sapa will still book at FVH. Nothing

We liked the service, cleanliness of the room and hospitality of the staff especially Isa! We also liked the area because the neighborhood was not noisy. Nothing but it would be better if there are variations in the selection of foods served for breakfast.

Comfy bed, clean sheets. We enjoyed the heated pool. Staff are welcoming Early in the morning the fire alarm woke us up. We were in a rush going down using the stairs from 5th floor down to ground. Turns out it was a false alarm and they have faulty exhaust in the kitchen

The room was amazing..the view was gorgeous..the roof top pool was heated and perfect for the weather..the location was perfect ,not exactly in the town itself hence you avoid all the hustle and noise.. Better yet the staffs were extremely accommodating and friendly..10/10 for me..

Big comfortable beds, beautiful view. great tub, and delicious breakfast! There were loud guests in the middle of the night, but the management dealt with them very well, thank you for helping!

Everything was perfect. Friendly staff. Ms. Linh was extremely helpful and friendly. During checkout, card payment machine didn't work and we had to pay in USD.

The room was very spacious and clean. The view was nice when the fog was gone. The staff was very friendly and nice. There was a pool that was nice with warm water. Breakfast was good, we could check in very early in the morning for free if we added a breakfast to it For us it was more pricy comparing than the rest of the hotels we visited in Vietnam. Price wise it was a bit different than the rest of Vietnam
