Internet didn’t work properly. Only on 3rd floor.

Staff were very friendly. Easy check in. Lots of services available to be arranged at front desk. Comfy bed. Clean room. Great Location. Chill environment. Shower stayed warm for all of 1 minute, even after switching it on for 15mins prior.

I wish I could comment, but the owner double booked my room and refused to give me a refund. I didn’t stay in the hostel because the owner booked my room, although I did NOT cancel my reservation through booking. This owner of the hostel behaves fraudulently and is clearly attempting to trick tourists as to take their money. The owner refuses to talk to me and has hung up on me multiple times. He says he will process the refund if I request it through booking, after hours of phone calls with booking and attempts to speak with the owner, the owner denies the request for a refund time after time. I would not recommend booking here as the customer service is truly unbearable and the owner shows no intention of returning money even when he is well aware that I did not complete a cancellation nor did I stay on his property.

Perfect location. A lot on offer from the hostel. The staff were so friendly and hospitable and even changed our room, must’ve been an upgrade. First night the beds were very hard.

The location was good and the staff were really nice. The beds were comfortable. It was quite cold in the room, a blanket would have been nice to have.

The location and the view from our window was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure was very good. The room was quite cold , a few blankets would be nice to have available. The hot water although hot, doesn't last long, only enough for 1 person before having to heat up again.

Once i arrived it was good. The woodwork and large bunk bed. there is a dark alley with some stray dogs.

Cheap. Reasonable location next to the lake. Beware— many of the rooms face a neighboring property with extremely bright security lights that will flood your room with light at night even with the (cheap and thin) shades drawn. Additionally, there’s no soundproofing or dampening in the stairwell and anyone making noise in the lobby or lounge will echo straight into your room.

The staff is really quite helpful and friendly It gets quite cold in Sapa. It would be great if there is a heater in the waiting room in winters.

1.The location near to main road which major bus company located. To stone church just by 10mins walking distance. 2. The owner allow me to take shower after check out. My bed do not have lighting and socket to charge my phone. This only apply to my bed, not all.

The room is good, big clean and comfy. The heater worked beautifully, this is very important! when it’s cold in Sapa, it’s very very cold! A bit expensive maybe?
