Staff were lovely Bed is honestly like sleeping on wood, did not sleep the whole night. Also, had a pizza box for a window

It was clean, worm bed, stuff very nice. Good price big room and beds. Window and closet. Toilet clean The bed is a bit hard

Very satisfied hotel. Kind and warm owner family. Although we booked only 2 days on booking.com , we continued to stay 10 days in the hotel. The owner gave us a discount again. The hotel room is quite comfortable and deluxe double room with king size twin bed. Free stay for child.

Location is great, but the beds are very firm, so hard that I woke several times throughout the night. There is also no soundproofing at all, so when noisy guests checked in at 2am, we heard EVERYTHING. Very noisy staff and guests, sound travelled up the staircase and between floors. Beds were so hard, felt like we were sleeping on a wooden board.

as such there are nothing that we did not liked.. the tv could have better and that too my my kid 5 years old given feedback. from my side definatly value for money. right location for sapa trip.
