The room was lovely, but the real standout was the bed. It was incredibly comfortable and cozy — I slept better than I have in ages and honestly didn’t want to get up in the morning. I’ll definitely be back, and I’d tell anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run place to stay to book here without hesitation.

Very disappointed with booking they didn’t checking properly what hotels are pricing this hotel doesn’t deserve any cost, very dirty room, no space to storage your bags , room was smelly and dumped bed was not clear there is no chagrinning point I didn’t like anything and highly disappointed with price and its showing four star property , it’s really cheap quality hotel

Actually nothing. The hotel is far from **** level I have booked a room with a big bed and a window for me and my wife for 3 nights. The problems started on arrival to the hotel. Manager didn’t speak English and he was the only person from the staff available. With google translate he informed us that the only option he has is a room with two separate beds and promised to move us to other room with bit bed next day. He didn’t accept payment through Booking.com, the only option we had is to pay him by card (it is important) The room was claustrophobically tiny, with a window to nowhere and a thin door to the room next to us. We heard everything our neighbors did or said like they were in our room. It was late already and we decided to stay one night like this, hoping we are going to move to other room tomorrow. Next day manager said (google translate of course) we don’t need to pack our stuff, they will manage everything to move us and we can go to do our touristic activities. However, when we returned back to the hotel in the evening the same manager said there is no new room for us, they just put the two beds together. We checked the room: the same loud neighbors, the bed now blocking all the power outlets and light switches and there is an hole between the mattresses. We said we are going to checkout and find another hotel, as this room is not acceptable. The manager as us to wait 10 min and the magically found us a room with a big bed on another floor (exactly the one from the booking.com listing), but he had to open it with lock picking tool and said “it is going to be an upgrade for you”. I had enough and we checked out. Hotel refused to make a refund as we didn’t pay through Booking.com, and they don’t see it possible to do refund with bank terminal. Total waste of money and time. It is not a four star hotel

I loved everything about my stay. The hotel is in an incredibly convenient and central location—close to shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions, which made getting around so easy. The staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with all the essentials plus a few nice touches that made it feel extra special. I also really appreciated how smooth and stress-free the entire experience was, from check-in to check-out. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

The bed is good for size and not hard at all. Room with the Aircon, which makes the temperature more comfortable. The location is close to one supermarket and nearby the lake. Can reach different And all the restaurants and cafes with short walking distance. Staffs are friendly, however bit difficulty to ask extra local traveling information owing to the language barrier. The lake view room on 3rd floor is only able to see the little part of lake.

Nice view of lake in our room and slightly away (only slightly!) from hussle and bussle of SaPa streets. No strong English speaker at reception, but not really a problem. Slight issue with lighting in room... Unusual one this, the switches at the head of the bed had little led lights in them. At night with all the lights off these were very bright and right in your sleeping face! I had to cover them!

The location and the room is great The staff attitude and the hotel service. I asked for the ion twice on different days. They didnt deliver it at all and without any apologies or shorts like that. There were no concierges to help with luggage. Overall, the room was ok, but the service was really poor.
