It is a good price and the hotel room is clean and has the enough space, bottles of water and a good shower room. I didn´t like the noise. There is a karaoke next to the hotel building and the smell of cigarettes that filtered through my room.

Great, quiet place to stay for a very fair price. They stayed open for me for late check-in after arriving in Sapa on the night bus. Then they arranged my next bus, gave me late check-in out and even drove me to the bus station. Wonderful hosts! The location is a little farther from the main tourist center, but still walkable.

The owner was very accomodating with our check in and check out times as we arrived very early in the morning. She turned the heat pump on for us to make sure we were warm.

Owner is very friendly and speaks English. She allows me to check in early at 6 am and check out late as I needed to wait for my 2 pm coach. There is good hot water in the bathroom.

The staff was fantastic - I arrived in the middle of the night and still had no issues checking in, the next day they offered me a late check out as well. The room itself was very nice and clean, much better than I expected for the price.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The AC was a bit weak, which made it very hot at night.

The host is very accommodative - she waited for us specifically at 4am in the morning to check us in after the bus from hanoi :) thank you very much. We did not stay for the night but slept couple of hours, took shower and left our luggage while going on a tour of Sapa villages with a guide. Room was clean, wifi worked well, and lady at the reception helped us and agreed to leave our luggage. all went well There were some difficulties with hot water in the shower, there was no hot water at times.

Thank you very much for the opportunity to stay in beautiful Sapa. The hotel is well located nearby bus station and central part of town, absolutely clean, quiet and with appropriate equipment. The owner is very nice and helpful. Could not wish for anything better than this.
