You canceled my room and I had to double pay

The hotel is close to a busy road. Parts of our room were in need of renovating. The breakfast buffet was not the best, especially considering the appearance of the 4 star hotel.

We had only two complaints: 1) neither my wife nor I liked the pillows, 2) our room was above the outdoor dining and since there is no air conditioning, cigarette smoke drifted up from outdoor diners and into our open windows.

the room is empty, no bathroom amenities or kettle for tea or coffee. didn’t clean my room for 2 days. also the pillows is very thin and not comfortable, they don’t provide extra blanket or pillow in the room

Super comfortable and large room, incredible view of the mountains, friendly staff The mattress and pillow were a far too soft for my liking, but that’s just personal preference :) Breakfast was good, though I would have appreciated the option of cereals, oats, and alternatives like soy or oat milk.

Sweet and kind staff from the reception to the restaurant to the ayurverdic doctor. Gorgeous view that opens up to the Alps… comfortable sheets. loved the detox shots, fresh juicer and ginger warm water for breakfast i noticed a strand of hair at the bath tub that was left by the previous guest upon check in— but small matter.
