Staff was nice, my key could be arranged to be picked up later from dropbox, relatively central, there is a rewe 10 mins walk nearby, I was asking for an extra fan for the room which was provided which is super. As others stated windows cannot be opened as it is next to a busy road, downstairs the smoking area is public parking lot full of trash really blown down neighborhood, water bottle was not refilled in the room. Overall nice hotel but not for this price, it should be the half of it.

We are on a long bicycle tour and really liked the spacious room with plenty of space for baggage and a couch to sit on. Shower was warm and powerful. Bed and linens were nice and comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was very good, with eggs and vegetables available in addition to usual charcuterie, cheese, and granola/yogurt offerings, although coffee machine coffee was weak. Saarburg’s dramatic waterfall and small old town are great for a night of exploration, dinner, and just an 8 minute walk front the hotel. Good Grocery store on ground floor was convenient to stock up for our day bike touring. The hotel is on the top floor of a long and dated shopping mall complex, so access is a bit strange. Bike storage was ok, but garage and storage room was dark and pretty dirty, which is easily improved. Our room had a noticeable musty/drain smell when we entered, but after opening windows and running the much appreciated floor fan, it seemed to go away. Furniture is dated but functional, and kettle was nice but oddly without coffee or tea?? (we travel with our own). The curtains aren’t dark enough for bright morning light starting at 5am in June.

Location perfect for the Stadthalle Breakfast was good, with good choice

Luxury hotel by our standards. Corner room, quite fancy. Not right at the center of touring attraction (the waterfall), but just a short, pleasant walk away.

We spent one night at Saar Galerie on our way home from our European road trip. The hotel is well located for visiting the beautiful town of Saarburg. The staff were all very friendly and made us most welcome. Our bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. There was plenty of secure parking; which was great once you have figured out that you had to check-in before you can gain access to the underground car park. Great for an overnight stay. Nothing

We did like the location. Nearby everthing ! The woman at the desk spoke french fluently ! The parking down used to be free, now you have to deal with the blue disk every few hours. We did not really mind and got a ticket. In the room: a thicker window curtain would really be appreciated. As it is, being so thin, the daylight is quickly coming in at the early hours. The breakfast is great but expensive, since we don't eat much (but still we needed a good coffee and a toast).

Good location, comfortable and clean. Room was bigger than the average. Secure parking a nice touch. Breakfast was pleasant, staff very helpful. Room had smallish window overlooking Car park, however not a big deal for short stays. Too many keys to carry around, no still water available in room.

We were stunned when told there is no taxi service in the town, when they have a van with their name on it sitting idly in the parking lot!!!! Meant we had to drop our luggage across town to the train station.

The property is easy to find and the rooms are spacious. The pillows were comfortable and the bed was big. It was nice to have coffee and tea available in the room, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful, tasty, and nicely presented.

the underground parking for our trikes at extra cost there was no real bar, just a fridge

Excellent breakfast. Something for everyone. Very wide choice, hot or cold. Noise at night from unruly guests was not checked. Guests use the lounge area which is next to many bedrooms as a drinking area, noisy until 02.00am
