Exceptional property and very well maintained. Staff were very helpful. The complimentary massage was a bonus. They have a selection of pools which were all great. The property is nestled in between the fields of Ubud which was very calming. Rooms were a bit tired and small in size. The rooms near the reception suffer from sounds of people checking in and moving around throughout the night. Food at the restaurant was not the best in terms of taste and variety.

That was a great place to stay. The hotel is huge. I stayed there for 5 days and didn't even visit all the places. The service is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I felt like a VIP guest from the first minute of my stay. There's a restaurant on site, where you can buy lunches and dinners from the menu. The prices are higher than usual on Bali, but it wasn't that critical. They also serve part of the menu to your room, as well as to any of swimming pools. That was a great option as I would usually have lunch on my sun bed. The swimming pools are great. They have a few, and they are never overcrowded. I especially enjoyed the one that is really deep. I used their spa for the pregnancy massage and enjoyed it as well. I also was working online during my stay at this hotel. The internet was great for video calls, I never had any issues. It's located in the middle of nowhere. I mean, from the tourist perspective. So it works great as a place to stay and enjoy all the facilities in the hotel. But not so good if you want to go out. I chose this hotel as my last accommodation after travelling in Bali for more than 2 weeks, so it was ok for me.

Its a 1 hour drive from the Airport . The place is like a Paradise, Covered with plants, great landscaping, Pools , Tennis Court and Paddel Courts. Their Service is far better than any 5 Star Facility. This is my 2nd time to this place. Will be coming back soon again Breakfast could be much better

This is our second time staying at Swan Paradise, A Pramana Experience, and once again it exceeded our expectations. From the staff to the owner, the hospitality was truly heartfelt and left us deeply impressed. The room was comfortable, the surroundings serene, and the whole atmosphere felt like a home away from home. I also enjoyed a morning run around the property, reaching 5K with such fantastic nature all around was unforgettable. Breakfast was another highlight: the selection was just right, everything tasted fresh, and the Bali coffee was absolutely the best, especially with the elegant view from Sunset Bloom Resto. The sunset here is truly spectacular! The resort also offers three amazing swimming pools, each perfect for relaxation and enjoying the serene surroundings. Every detail, every smile, and every gesture made this stay so memorable. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend Swan Paradise for anyone seeking not only a relaxing stay, but also a genuine Balinese experience. Everything was wonderful; any minor issues were easily outweighed by the amazing service and beautiful surroundings.

far from city room is very small

The surrounding Manager is rude, place and rooms have lots of centipede and lizards. Would never recommend this place.

The property has an amazing calm and nature is so green and beautiful around you. The breakfast was ok. It’s decent so you can start your day well. It has three pools and the people are amazing. Ok let me just say that the most amazing people are Indonesians. Very supportive and helpful. The room was a little small. Big bed so it takes up most of the space. The baclony is decent and the toilet is the same size as the room. I would say 22 sm. The bathroom smelled really bad. They did come and support us but the morning it smelled again. The smell comes from deep down so its really nothing they could do. It was room 544. Overall, they will support you and they are super helpfulif you talkto them then they help you

On our Bali trip, we stayed at 3 4-star resorts, and Swan Paradise was definitely the best of them. And it was only the second most expensive one. Staff is really great and kind. They daily change everything in the room. Breakfast is buffet style and has a lot of varieties. Internet was great (80-100Mbps download, upload was even higher). All of the pools are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Can be used all day. It is more beautiful in person than it is on the pictures. All in all, one of the best stays in our lives. Highly recommended. The location is a little bit remote. Room had some wet-towell smell and had ants (but that is expected). Bathroom had door (the only reason we booked this type of room is because on pictures it had bathroom doors), but the door is not all the way to the ceiling - there was almost 1m gap, probably for ventilation. So, no privacy. Breakfast lacked good desserts. Their jams are not the best.

Staff is very helpful. The communication they built is amazing and place is huge. Breakfast was rich, pools are great. The room itself is not so new or comfortable tbh. There is humidity in the rooms and not visibly eye pleasing.
