Motel 6 Sacramento, CA - Downtown

I never got my deposit back that's the only complaint

In a nut shell..... you get what you pay for,

Nothing. That i had to kill big roaches praying they didn't go with me. Staff was rude and inconsiderate. No microwave nor refrigerator. Shower door didn't close so water all over the floor had to clean up.. it was atrocious..homeless drug addicts walking pass your windows looking in your room. I couldn't sleep. Just nasty

The noise from the freeway and street made sleep very difficult. The room was not clean and the light from outside the room was intrusive. The bed was uncomfortable. We left after one day and asked fro a refund for the second day. The manager said we had to ask Expedia. Expedia said they had to ask Motel Six. The room was not expensive but it was a waste of money.

It allowed me to have an early check in. Lack of service and people smoking marijuana outside rooms on ledges and stairs. No enforcement

Pleasant

Nothing. This was hands down the worst motel I have ever stayed in. There were folks living out of their cars in the parking lot and neighbors living there at motel doing drug deals with people cycling through looking to pick up. Cockroaches in the bathrooms. Used towels when we entered. Clogged sink. Just wanted some place chill to sleep but the chaos never calmed down throughout the entire night- slamming doors at all hours.

The TV had a blue filter that could not be changed, also leaving black screens on available channels. The floors were very sticky and the AC could not be adjusted.

Every thing was great I was there for short stay to sleep. The things I didn't like there was no ice in your ice machine . Why I was charged a $50.00 deposit on my credit card . I know is for Security deposit if there any extra damage or phone calls . I have had done other hotels but never been charged for. I paid for reservation before I arrived online . The hotel phone that on your website is disconnected. Jane Gerber

Disappointing

We always stay in this motel when we go out in Sacramento, close to everything and the rooms are clean and staff is attentive, the outside is a bit rough and there are some homeless/sketchy people but they keep to themselves and the hotel is the most budget friendly for a night out.

Motel 6 kept my $50 deposit for my key. I left that room tidy. and video recorded dropping off key on front desk. I want a refund of $50
