Motel 6 Sacramento, CA - Natomas & SMF Airport

Got a downstairs room due to back surgery turned out to be a Ada room very small room. Door to get in very hard to open. Hand held shower head broken. Other shower head either burning hot or too cold no warm. Drains need to be un clogged.

No breakfast Stayed for 2 nights but getting charge for 3

There shouldn't much expectations at a stay at a motel 6. But just going off my experience this time around. There was a large rat running across the lobby to hide as soon as I entered. I just needed a bed to sleep on the night before a flight so the actual room was just fine and clean. Not too far from the airport. There was ample parking.

It's a motel 6, accommodations were no frills, to be expected. Room was clean, AC worked well. Bed not too comfy.

This place was close to restaurants and not far from the California state fair where we wanted to go to and the reason for visiting Sacramento. Right off the freeway exit, restaurants near by and gas stations close by as well. There was ample parking and an elevator.

The employee's at the front desk at check in had horrible customer service. Check out was much better. Dirty elevator but the room was decent and clean.

The rooms where ok but the kids like the pool Well when I got there the man was great very helpfull then that night all hell broke loose at 1 in the morning yelling and screaming so I go to the office the next morning to let the office know and her response was WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO. I SAID YOUR JOB.

Location Elevator slamming all night and nobody near it. Had to walk up stairs to 3rd level. It wasn’t just closing it was broken and hitting the wall next to are room hard. Room looked as it was run down & will never rent at a motel 6 again.

It was ok it was great for the price

Nothing They claimed that they did not receive payment from booking.com and tried to make me pay them a second time in cash, and I'm not talking about the cash deposit. I provided them with receipts, booking.com called them twice, and they told me that they didn't care and it wasn't their problem. They had horrible nasty attitudes, and were shady and untrustworthy.

After long 5 hr drive went to check n and was locked outside n told to wait 15 to 20 minutes in the heat after waiting finally checked in I prepaid for room was told my card was declined several times I finally showed staff my confirmation email that room was paid she was entering wrong amount as to why it was declining so finally got that settled got room key which didn't work so I had to drag my 3 or old back down 3 flights of stairs to office got key fixed went back up opened the door got a huge smell of sewage upon turning on the light seen toilet snack for unplugging toilets setting in the door way of restroom as to why the horrific strong smell of sewer in the whole room stepped outside staff was walking across parking lot I yelled we can't stay here there sewage and machine setting in the room she said o come to office at that point my husband was beyond himself and wanted to drive 5hrs all the way back home he was over the whole experience there I get to office and she says o hear u go got u the room next door smh I'm like no thank u we will b leaving and want a refund I couldn't believe she was trying to put us n the next room with the strong smell of sewage never go there again our whole experience was horrible.

Room was clean, though bathtub/shower had enamel damage. That was a concern when property required a deposit for any damage beyond my room rate. Some interesting characters hanging around the property and one did not care for amount of $ I gave, due to his aggressive request, and so he decided to take out on my car mirror; fortunately no damage to vehicle.

How easy check in and out were There were cockroaches in the room, a used opened condom under the air conditioner. There was trash everywhere around the motel and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. The blinds in the room did not keep out the light
