The toilet ran for about 20 minutes after every flush, which was very frustrating. There was only one door to enter and exit the hotel, making it inconvenient. The TV constantly cut in and out, making it difficult to watch. The most concerning issue happened around 10:30 p.m. when two people attempted to enter our room using a room key. When I opened the door, they apologized and said the front desk had given them the wrong key. I immediately called the front desk, and they admitted it was their mistake and apologized. This was a serious security issue that could have had a much worse outcome. To top it off, when we checked out, no one asked how our stay was or if there were any issues. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience and hope the hotel takes steps to improve both its maintenance and guest safety.

Blanket sheets were dirty stained floor stained. Sink at tub wouldn’t drain correctly. For the price it should be more well maintained

The only thing that was wrong was the bathtub filled up with water while you were taking a shower that sucks

Guest room was in need of upgrade. Sheets were rough, as were the towels. Poor water pressure. Dirty washcloth left from previous guest or cleaner. Restaurant was ok. Waitstaff great. Need more hotel information in the room. At least telling you how to get Restaurant info, possibly menu.

Price was decent and staff helpful. But the TV guide didn’t work, could not rent movies. And the pool and hot tub were not very clean. The hot tub smelled like algae.

Overall good trip place could used a new refurbish but I would not go again it’s too expensive for a not so good service

The beds weren’t comfortable

Our shower wall had hair stuck all over it. It was a large amount and made me think the room had not been cleaned prior to us checking in.

Clean room and air conditioning

Walking distance to Starbucks, In & Out Burger, IHOP, Target, Bowlung Alley, lots of parking. Easy on and off freeway.

The pool is clean. The room is clean. Front desk can smile a little bit more. It took 2 times for front desk to fix a side door. For me feeling safe is very important.

Our room in building B was clean and comfortable Having people drinking shot of rum during breakfast was concerning
