I booked 3 rooms and went to check-in around 16.30PM (which had already passed the mentioned check-in time) but 2 rooms were still under cleaning and not available to check-in. So I needed to wait for about 4 hours (until 19.30PM) for the room to be ready.

Poor service, breakfast was lacking and service was minimum, noise from working and parties held in conference room

Good location but overpriced, 1 member of staff was exceptionally friendly, the parking guard, the rest was not very service minded Lots of noise, breakfast was simple with hardly any service , ran out of coffee, cups, cutlery, jam etc, seems like nobody was paying attention to details

Nothing to report. The room door key knob is out of date and difficult to open. They should update with key cards . The pool was small and enclosed with four walls in a tight area.

no choice for amenities The room does not block the the sound outside so you will hear the sound from the opposite room or who walk along the walkway all day & night The price is so high No more stay here again !!!

I was expecting more from this place, being where it is located, but was a bit diappointed with the room setup.

I like the location of the hotel especially for the business reason i went to the Hotel, It is conveniently located to the major road in and out of the city, parking is ample and access to the hotel is easy to get to. The staff are helpful, friendly, supporting and check in and out was fast and effective. The buffet breakfast is great, the room size is actually larger than anticipated and clean. There wasn't anything i didn't like because the photos, description and what you book match and is accurate, the amenities were as expected, the room was spacious and clean.
