I don’t mind the oldness of the hotel, but would be better if they just make the bathroom to a shower room.
-
Good value, great location, bath/sauna, and breakfast.

The staff were also very friendly. Very good for the price! The free drinks at the lobby was also very appreciated!
-
Room we stayed on was not thoroughly cleaned. i.e. molds that are growing on the wall, especially in the bathroom. But this is given considering that the hotel always has a lot of guests.

Its a good hotel if you pay what is worth. For some reason we had to over pay for this hotel more than $100 per nigth, its feels bad paying so much for such a basic hotel. If you get to pay what its worth it should be fine, clean, small and decent location the problem is paying more than its really worth.

The hotel is close to Saga station, with comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were friendly and polite. The bathroom felt small, not so much space to put your toiletries on a very small sink.
-
Easy, clearly marked booking website (nonsmoking room), free parking, free drink station Old bathroom

Clean room, efficient staff, big communal bath was plus N/A

When arrived in the morning and rooms are not ready, but the front desk guy was soooo nice and shared about some suggestions, as well as introduce some nice places to go

Neat, clean. We were surprised that they have an onsen as well. The room was very tiny, but that it pretty common in Japan. A bit oldfashioned as well.

It’s rare to have a big hot tub at any regular hotel from my traveling experiences. Feels amazing to soak in . Clean and very relaxing. The restaurant, Mugi, serves very healthy, hearty food downstairs. My whole family enjoyed them so much . Good and kind people are serving the guests with welcoming hearts. Welcome coffee and we have free drinks for the hotel guests which makes everybody happy. Facilities itself is kind of old. Some times little thing need to be fixed .

Grey location, best staff. I forgot my stuff at the previous hotel and the guy helped me a lot. He’s really helpful even though we have to communicate through the translator. Finally I got my stuff back in my city.

chinese speaking staff available during our stay & was able to handle our enquiry. Room is clean & spacious compare to big cities' hotels. the coin laundry was not within the hotel. had to walk in rain to wash, dry, collect my clothes. It will be great if public bath close at midnight.

Good location, fine for a basic nights stay Room cleaned to a very poor standard. Throughout Japan you expect hairs on the bed linen and in the bathroom, that seems to be pretty standard in cheaper hotel rooms. But this room had unclean surfaces, stains and generally grubby throughout. For one night you can ignore it but I wouldn't recommend staying for any longer than that

Very central hotel for Saga City and easy to get to where you need to go. The room smelt damp and felt grubby. The decor felt dated and needed a refurb. My room looked like it had damp issues that had been repaired badly.
