This hotel is very convenient location, very nice and clean rooms which was well equipped. There is no staff to support you, and you do not get a reply if you try to contact them prior to checking in. This is a bit stressful.

Great location to access to Saga international balloon fiesta and very clean. soundproofing is not very good

Very close to the train station. Nice large room. Easy self check in and out No luggage storage

Nothing BUGS. I woke up the next day with at least 5 bug bites on my legs. Who knows if it was bed bugs… When we first got into the hotel, we also had to kill a jumping spider. I would stay away from this hotel. The price is not worth it to be bug food.
