Checked out early because of multiple maintenance and noise issues with our room, but the staff was nice enough not to charge us for the entire time that we booked despite the terms of the booking. It was a cool little hotel, so I will consider it again next time.

We stayed at the “Casa” this weekend. The staff and the room were excellent. When we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, Jonathan came back to the inn to correct the problem. He even made arrangements to move us to another suite if it became necessary. Fortunately, Jonathan was able to work some HVAC magic and get the room cooling again. Our stay was excellent. Be sure to make it down for breakfast. The food is something NOT to miss. Thank you to Jonathan, Oliver and the team. We’ll be back.

Truly a wonderful stay and property! The staff puts their whole heart into making sure the guest have a great experience from delicious breakfast to the tasty social hour! This is the only place we will stay in Saint Augustine!

It was wonderful. Very quiet. And beautiful. The staff was very friendly. All the food was great. The rooms we're so pretty. My girlfriend loved it as well. It was close to everything that we wanted to do so it was perfect. Thank you! The only little gripe that I would say would be the water seem to have a little scent to it. But I think that's just hard water because it's an old house. Or well water. But everything else was exceptional

The location is close to old town and on a historical street. The patio is quiet and beautiful. Enjoyed the daily happy hour and fresh baked cookie. It’s not a dislike but more of a preference. Breakfast was formal ( 8:30 sharp!) and performative. No option for lighter choices. However the desserts were amazing. The chef is very warm and kind.
