The sub floor in the room was not attached correctly. It sounded like someone knocking on the door every time we walked across the room. Also, bathroom needs more light, toilet is too small for a grade school and the tub/shower has NO non-slip surface. Not safe.

This Holiday Inn Express just needs some love. The facilities need maintenance. The staff was nice and the room was as clean as it could be. It is time Holiday Inn Express St. Charles for a remodel or even some maintenance on this facility.
